First time they messed up my order with wrong items. 2nd time I came back my chicken was barely cooked. No one likes pale fried chicken. I returned 6 months later after telling myself I was done. On January 21 once again I got home and the dinner rolls were almost raw. White and doughy. When I called the manager she explained that the oven just got repaired and they had been having problems with it. She also said she can replace them. Well I like my dinner rolls with my chicken and I’m definitely not going to drive 30 blocks for rolls. I asked her why would this establishment put under cooked rolls in my box in the first place? It’s obvious that the white doughy rolls are not cooked. Someone had to pick all 4 of those rolls up individually and place them in my box. My kids started eating before me so they were already was chewing on under cooked rolls. The manager accepted no responsibility only blamed the oven. But a person had to place the under cooked rolls in the box. This place has gone down in the quality and taste of their food. And personally I don’t think they care

First time trying Bush’s Chicken. It’s ok at best. Would have been 2 stars but 4 stars for the kid who helped me. Wish I got his name. Great customer service. I get they’re short staffed so the wait expectation was set when I got into the drive thru. The chicken tenders was ok. Wish it was cooked a little longer. The breading was great and seasoned well. But the chicken itself was bland and looked undercooked. The “roll” was flat and tasted like an oily doughy mess. Fries were great. $12 for a 6 piece meal seems steep if you can’t compete with Raising Canes who IMO has the best tenders.

Place is hit or miss it’s about a %50 chance you’ll get your order wrong . Ordered two 4piece combos with 2 extra rolls and 2 potatoes and received two boxes one without fry’s and 3 extra mashed potatoes and 4 extra rolls?? I get your short staffed but come on no one likes to go get home starving and not be able to enjoy the meal they just paid for .

The chicken was pretty good, if greasy. The breading was very crispy. However they forgot 2 of our 3 sides, which sadly threw a shadow of doubt onto the rest of our meal. In hindsight, serves as a reminder to always check your takeout bag before driving off, as they're human and miss things just like you do.

Went to Bush's chicken tonight. Normally the people are cheerful and helpful. Tonight was a big disappointment. The girl that helped me was less then cheerful and was very reluctant to be helpful. The floor in the back was not clean. Not sure if they have been real busy or just don't want to be there. I have been here when the place was packed and never had service like I did tonight. Nor have I seen the back looking as messy as it looks tonight. As I sit there waiting for chicken the same girl that would not smile was laughing and joking with her fellow workers.

Ever since covid I feel like this place has just gone down hill. Used to have baked chicken all day long but now you're lucky to even get a piece after 4pm. French fries are absolutely rock hard or stale. The Buffalo fries are beyond salty you could find less salt in the ocean. Online ordering is even worse cause orders are always messed up in some way. I'm sure others can continue where I left off. You hate to see it.

This was my first time at a Bush's Chicken, i ordered a two piece meal. It was very delicious and the restaurant was clean inside and out. I plan on going back for more regularly!
Really long wait in drive thru waiting for chicken. Chicken was just ok. Very crispy but way too much breading. Okra was mushy with little flavor. Mac was not great. I expected more.

Always a go to for comfort food. Canes chicken doesn't even compare to the quality of the chicken I get at Bush's. The manager is always so nice and seeing him work alongside the other associates is refreshing compared to other food chain stores who's managers are nowhere to be found.

The food here is good, however lately the service has been very poor the last few visits. There is also no clear system with how they take orders, as people will arrive after you in line and get their order taken before you. Frustrating to say the least. I only hope they improve the service here for me to come back.

Okay a real Country Boy is writing dis it has been 20yrs since I have had a restraint have fried gizzards and liver on its menu. The chicken is good the service us great the store is clean and there is white gravy on the sipping sauce choices it should be the only one but you uncultured swines have been told that ranch and bbq sauce are meant to be used, one is for salads and the other is to cover up poorly cooked meat.
