I just made my first and last visit to this coffee shop, I came in and ordered a chai tea at 9:00 and I watched 3 other customers come and go with multiple drinks before I was served. The staff was polite but unbearably slow, will not be visiting again.

I’m really bummed I can’t rate this place higher. I looked for a new coffee place to try and I absolutely loved the decor and atmosphere of this coffee shop. However, the coffee was mediocre and the wait time for our food was far too long. We ordered a caramel mocha blended coffee and it barely had any flavor to it. It was hard to find seating because it was so busy going on a Sunday, but then we waited 30 minutes for our food. I was literally standing in line (again) to ask for a refund for our food when they finally brought it out (we also ordered it to-go). I was so over the experience that we decided to eat our food in the car. While the food tasted great, I likely won’t return because of the poor first experience.

I loved my iced coffee from here. It was a fun atmosphere with the cabin-feel. I wished there were healthier options for flavoring like lavender infused honey versus the lavender syrup. We didn’t try the food, but other tables had some and they looked delicious.

Coffee quality is better then most places and some of the food is surprisingly good. I had a rough day at work and the staff was kind and asked about it. They left a nice message. Great place.

Ordered off of Uber Eats, got our usual. Bagels with cream cheese and tomato and avocado. Lately they have had the worst quality of food, the past few orders. And it's not like it's cheap, it's around $10 for each item. The avocado was horrible, all brown and mushy. Completely ruined my experience with them and doubt I'll order again after this. Can't believe someone thought this would be ok to serve.

First time at Cabin coffee today and never going back. I asked for a pumpkin spice latte and pretty much tasted like milk and ice with cold foam. I asked to see if they can replace it with a different one and was told I would have to pay for a new one due to being a small buisness .I’m also a small buisness owner and if i had the situation where a customer is unhappy with the service or product I would try my best to make it up to them.

I was going to leave a 5 start from my last visit from 3 days ago. And the girl checking me out today told me a higher price than what is written on their board. Followed by telling me that the board with all their PRICES IS WRONG, and the system is what she is going after. Not even talking about it, insisting that she was right and the HUGE BOARD WITH ALL THE PRICES IS WRONG. I think that is the last time I will support a local business in my area
