Been here 3 times. The first 2 were fine, but 3? Not so much. The soup was very bland and my wife's sandwich was COVERED in mayo. We love mayo, but it was drenched. I asked for salt and pepper to add some flavor, but they didn't have any. Sacrilegious for any fast food restaurant. The table and floors were disgustingly filthy. I won't be back.

Placed an order pickup, went to pick up and the manager was not pleasant and completely rude. Stated the my order for catering was a complete inconvenience while there were other customers in store. the audacity was ridiculous. Doesn’t help that they do not have appropriate timing correct for order pickups as well. Manager is disappointing and frustrating.

Ordered delivery,they were on time, the food was amazing, I had the potato soup, chicken pesto sandwich, my wife had the Chicken curry soup and Turkey club, everything was par excellence!!! Will be ordering from here again! Exceptional!! Good job!

I had a fantastic experience at this cafe zupas location! I had to bring my kids in for a late lunch, and two of them have severe nut and gluten allergies. The staff was so patient and helpful in providing good options and ensuring there was no cross contamination. I’ve been to plenty of restaurants that are not kind in accommodating to allergies (which I know can be a hassle.) Zaria, the manager on duty was so awesome! Taking four children in a restaurant to order food can be chaotic, and she answered all my questions and provided excellent and fast service to our family. Even gave us some extra strawberries for the road! Definitely recommend this location compared to others I’ve been to.

Picked up soup. Which had half leaked but the other half wasnt worth it. It was plain sodium soup not chicken noodle. Dont like to leave bad reviews, but this was just trash and waste of $10.
First time eating at this restaurant. The choice I asked for was a veggie sandwich on Whole Wheat cibatta and mushroom Bisque soup. Both items were tasteless. The bread was so soft and tasteless, and very little ingredients. The soup tasteless. My receipt showed, Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich, now I do not know what I was eating, thou tasteless. I will not be going back. I donot eat meat, chicken, pork, turkey, etc.

So disappointed. Love Cafe Zupas but this is the third or fourth time in the last few months that I’ve gone 2+ hours before close on a weekday and they are completely out of tomato soup.

Zupa’s has been a family favorite for lunch for several years, but we don’t often go out for dinner. When I received an email offering free delivery, we decided to get it for dinner.
We requested delivery at 6:15. At 5:30 I got notice that our order had been picked up. The website indicated food would be delivered at 6:00. When it hadn’t arrived by about 6:40 I called to see what had happened. The person I talked to didn’t know, but offered to remake the order and send it out again. About 7:30, she called to ask if the original order had ever arrived (it hadn’t) and said she was unable to find a driver to deliver the order. I told her to just cancel it and refund our money. I don’t know if the first driver stole our food, delivered it to the wrong address, or damaged the food in some way, but we were pretty disappointed to be scrambling around to make dinner at home at 7:30PM
Apparently, somebody’s idea of a promotion to encourage business wasn’t a good one, since you don’t have dependable delivery options.
I don’t think we will try this again.

One of my favorite café places in town the food is so fresh and the extra little sweet treat they gave you on the side is always a good sight to see even though I don’t eat chocolate covered strawberries, but I gave them to my family or friends and they love them and it makes me feel good too lol so if you’re driving by and see this place and never tried to give it a shot you wouldn’t be disappointed.
