They were out of the chickpea and vegetable soup when I ordered online, but Zaria took great care of me. She was so helpful and turned the whole situation around. Five stars for her! The only problem I have with this location is that it seems like they’re always out of SOMETHING.

This place is top notch. I don't live in the Phoenix area so when I come into town for work, I ALWAYS get the chipotle chicken salad and the dubai strawberry cup. I am SO PICKY...it's ridiculous. I remove a bunch of toppings from the salad and then add twice as many new things...Jesse, Andrew and Glenn were amazing today. So friendly and helpful. I have never tried the soups there before and they let me sample the mushroom soup which I promptly ordered a full cup of. If you have been looking for a delicious new lunch spot that is clean and well staffed with friendly folks...DON'T WAIT...Go visit Jesse, Andrew and Glenn!

Food was good but the employees acted like they would rather be anywhere else. Started to make some of our food wrong. Tables were dirty. No drink lids. Bathroom was dirty. Realized after we left because of the confusion with our food they never gave us our roll or chocolate covered strawberries we are supposed to get.

Do not bother ordering ahead of time at this location. They will take forever to fulfill an order 10 mins after it’s supposed to be ready. None of the staff will communicate with you and will chat in front of you instead of speaking to you. As a service related employee at my own job, this place has no motivation to do their job or care. If you’re there to just place and order and pick up, maybe you’ll have a better chance of getting your food quickly.

I don’t have words for how different my experience was today. We have been coming here for a long while and recently it had gotten really bad. But today was amazing. The service was so wonderful and friendly. The food was the best quality I’ve seen in a long time and the restaurant has clearly been deep cleaned because it was shining. Idk if there is new management or what but really a huge improvement even from just a month ago. Also the bald happy guy helping us order was incredible and I hope he stays!

Zupas food is AMAZING, I could eat here everyday. The only issue I have with this location is the service sucks. Everytime Ive been to Zupas there is only one person infront of me but it takes 15-20mins to make a salad. I don’t understand how it takes that long when they have 4 people behind the bar. On top of that, the staff looks like they can’t wait to leave get off work, they don’t welcome you, they don’t smile, aren’t friendly and they act like they don’t even know what they are doing. The staff is so rude, last time I was there a girl rolled her eyes at a customer because he asked for extra chicken in his salad. Also, a large salad is super small, the portion sucks. I’ll continue to go here because the food is so good, but I alway tread having to wait in line and having to deal with the rude staff.
