Last time I’ll use this company for catering. Ordered about $250 worth of food THROUGH Zupas. I selected delivery through Zupas website. Had no idea they outsource delivery through DoorDash. I did not have the app because I didn’t know DoorDash was the ones delivering it. DoorDash never came. Called Zupas, they told me to call DoorDash. Called DoorDash, they told me to call Zupas. Fought but eventually got a refund. Zupas needs to be more transparent on who is delivering their food. Just some random stealing food doesn’t seem appropriate with no ability to track these orders. No one reached out to me if they were confused by the address. No delivery confirmation. Such a frustrating experience. Now I have 20+ hungry employees without lunch. Would have rather had the food then a refund.

Went in at eight with two other members of the family try to wear some food. They were either out of everything that we wanted as as far as additions to current menu items or the staff was too lazy to replace items out front that they were running low on because they were going to close in an hour. Full of excuses as to why they were out staying that one employee stated that there was the oldest store in the valley and sometimes they don’t get all their shipments that they asked for in relation to food deliveries. Seat backs were pulled off of the booths. The food was very subpar, and the staff seemed irritated that people were in the restaurant coming in at 8 o’clock. Have normally had a good experience there, but we’ll never go back to this location again.

The guy at the front was super nice , but the people preparing the sandwhiches and salads are lacking hard. I waited forever for my last sandwhich to come out just for it to have meat and cheese on it with no avocado or sauce. I paid almost 50$ for my food to be messed up. Get your crew together.

Food is always good, but the restaurant itself is absolutely filthy, especially the area by the soda machines. There is always a pile of dirty dishes, the tables are never cleaned & that area is the dirtiest I've seen at a restaurant. It is clear nobody cares or checks the dining areas

Was greeted by a friendly face as I walked in. Noticed the dining room and restroom was very clean which I totally appreciate. Brisket grilled cheese was very tasty. Will definitely recommend Cafe Zupas at Verrado to friends and family

If you order online or delivery plan to wait! On multiple occasions I have come in to pick up an order and have to wait way past the estimated time for completion. Not only did I have to wait I had to watch as 6 other customers who came in after me get their food and walk away! When I spoke to the manager they said they were busy. This was a Tuesday evening at 6 pm with no one in the building. Don’t waste your time go else where!

Yesterday, I placed an order at this location. I went on my lunch hour to pick it up at the designated time per the text message I was sent. When I got there, I was told that my Creme Brulée was not ready. So I waited another 25 minutes to be told that they did not have the Creme Brulee. I wasted my whole lunch hour waiting to be told they did not have part of my order. They could have just filled part of my order and offered that. Instead, they granted my refund and offered me a free Creme Brulee for next time. I did not get to eat lunch due to their poor customer service. I will not be back to this location so they can keep their free Creme Brulee.
