We came here a little over an hour ago with my 10 month old baby... we ordered soups etc.. the server/cashier brought our food over on a tray and set the soup side of the tray not even an inch away from my infant.. the steaming hot tomato soup spilled all over my child.. my mom and I were at the other side of the table getting sorted and didn't have time to react.. we grabbed him from the high seat and ran to the bathroom to run him under cold water..The server just walked away and never checked on us.. no managers or workers approached us to see if we needed help or assistance. Not even an apology.. after about 5-10 minutes of running cold water on my screaming childs wounds we grabbed our bag from the table and ran out to take him to the hospital.. we’re still currently at the hospital. Don’t come here

Great option for fast food, semi-healthy food. Service was okay. The tables sat dirty for a little longer than I would like to have seen. It is a self-bus situation but se people didn't bus their own tables and table weren't being wipes down soon after people left. I wiped my own table down.Food was excellent and I love the chocolate covered strawberry for dessert.We had the Chipotle chicken salad, lobster bisque, mushroom bisque, and Mediterranean salad, all great!

Our first time here and the food was excellent! Had the Cobb salad and southwest potato soup and both were very good. Dugan was the salad chef, very polite and helpful. My wife customized her salad and enjoyed it very much. They give a free roll and chocolate coated strawberry with each meal, the strawberry was cold and very refreshing. I’d highly recommend this place for a healthy and refreshing meal.
I used to LOVE panera.. after this restaurant opened near my house.. i can NEVER go back. Everything is delicious at Zuppas. My only two issues are the sides on the menu. I wish they had more variety instead of chips and bread..something like sweet potato frys, or fried zucchini. The drive-through is a little chaotic, other then that 5/5. ?Kid-friendliness: Zuppas Cafe is a great healthy alternative for kids from all that fast food nowadays. Especially the chocolate covered strawberries side they offer, is a great snack for kids to enjoy.
Not a big fan, my wife loves this place. Went again and mine was amaZing. My wife got the wrong sandwich as a take home.

The food was subpar at best. The Korean kick bowl was anything but Korean. The rice was undercooked, hard and crunchy. The bread roll was cold and stale. The lemonade drinks tasted like cat piss, watered down. My brother had the curry bowl which had a toothpick in it. Otherwise it was watered down. Not worth the time or money.
