This place constantly overcharges people. The people in front of me were overcharged, and I was overcharged. My bill was 3 times more than what it was supposed to be. Then both people behind the counter (Ezekiel and Maria) said they didn't know how to refund my money and I had to go to the front desk. The front desk said it would take a few days.

Don’t go to the Caffeina’s they scam people, I bought a get well card and they over charged me $29.when the card was $4.50, the boy Ezekiel was working at the time says the money will be in my card same day. Liars!!! It’s been 8 days no refund. And the hotel front desk did nothing. NO HELP what’s so ever. Scammers and Liars!!!
