I stopped by this Carl’s Jr. recently, and while the food was fine, the atmosphere inside definitely needs attention. There were a few individuals lingering around the entrance, and when I walked in, one person was actually standing on top of the seating area trying to reach a high wall outlet to charge a device. There was already another phone plugged in up near the ceiling, which was unusual and made the environment feel unsafe and unmonitored.
It seemed like the staff didn’t feel comfortable addressing the situation, and it created a pretty unsettling dining experience. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend parking and going inside at this location. The drive-thru is the better option.
Hopefully management can improve the safety and cleanliness inside, because it has potential to be a much better stop.

Digital Disturbances
Who ever is in charge here, give Richard a raise/promotion, I came in yesterday and the man was running the front counter, the drive through at the same time. He took my order and in the same breath helped 2 online pick-up orders. Even delivered my food that was To-Go to the seat I had been waiting in. It would be just a regular Carl's Jr without that mad lad, cheers!

I've been coming here for 3 yrs and still they serve the best fast food along with great customer service. If your a regular customer like myself they treat you just like family. I give this place 5 stars ! The manager is always there to listen to the customers and does a great job fulling our needs. Oh yeah and the young gentleman during morning hours works hard to make sure we are pleased with the service.

Had brunch this morning with my family at this location on 9/12/2025. The staff was amazing and friendly. The food was delicious and the restaurant was overall clean. We have 5 kids and they were all satisfied. There were plenty of options for everyone. The chicken club sandwich was 10/10 and so was the big Carl. The kids chose the chicken stars and chicken tenders with the waffle fries. The food was delicious and their new frozen lemonade was very tasty! Definitely recommend and will be back. Thanks for your awesome service!

It was first time coming to this Carls Jr in a few months hoping they have changed but no. I ordered a breakfast sandwich hoping it wouldn't take too long and for something simple. It took 20 minutes. For a fast food establishment, it sure is not fast. Plan accordingly if planning to come here.

Crappy management, people that work here are immature kids that giggle and make fun of everything including the customers.. they are also extremely rude to the customers and the food has gone downhill over the last few months..
I ordered a double cheeseburger meal and when l got it the French fries were hot and fresh but the double cheeseburger was not it was not hot or even warm the bun was stale l took a bite and the bun crumbled apart l don't recommend eating at Carl's Jr

I went in with my child for a quick little lunch Emily was just fantastic. She was very interactive and wonderful, taking the time to answer a couple of concerns we had. She also went above and beyond to help me with my child. I couldn’t have asked for better service — Emily truly deserves to be recognized for her kindness and professionalism.
