Tried to take advantage of their free burger promo to try them out, but it's only available if you have an account. That's fine, except apparently I already have an account from years ago. Only problem is, I can't remember that password and the app won't let me create a new account with the same phone number.
Stop making it impossible to redeem your coupons, it's called fraud and it's a crime.

I love this Carls Jr on 24th St and Thomas Rd it's got to be my favorite the team is awesome I think everyone is starting to recognize me now since I come in at various times during the week I'm sure it's hard to keep up with the many smiling faces that frequent there and the few not smiling ones (count me as the smiling 😀 from ear to ear) customer 😀 I do get my regular Breakfast Burger that I can't get enough of lol (The best in the business in my opinion)

I went through the drive thru at the location off of thunderbird and 51st ave and the drive thru lady named Alexa was absolutely amazing very helpful and got my food to me fresh and hot and quickly definitely can’t wait to come back again with this. Excellent customer service.
