We purchased supposedly a lb of diezmillo at Carneceria Guadalajara we paid 15.00 dollars. When we arrived at home I had started to cook it, I pulled out a piece the size of 4" with nothing but fat then another piece equal to that one, one after another. It was a bundle of nothing but trosos in a ball I had no choice but to cook it, I was to tired to drive all the way back and return it. It was the worst meat I have ever tried to eat, it was tough and had a lot of vains just terrible. ? I will never return to this place again!!! And not to mention the chicharones were greasy, tough and burnt I forgot to take pictures of those I fed that to my pits.

This is easily one of my favorite restaurants. The service is very friendly and the food reminds me of something my grandmother would make. The prices are very reasonable, especially when you consider the quality of the food. The stewed pork and beef with cactus maybe my favorites.

Be careful what you order here. I ordered a $15 chicken entree that comes with rice and tortillas and it was not a meal, it was literally just a fried chicken chopped KFC style, still with all its skin, bones and innerds. About $5 worth of usable meat. Not worth the price. Utterly confused what the tortillas were for.

Very nice, clean, organized, high quality carniceria! Love the customer service just as much as their food! I've been going atleast twice a week now for a month since i discovered this gem of a shop. If it's not emptying their fridge of bomb jellos in a cup it's ordering their delicious carnitas & chicharron! Recommend to any and all!
