After I ate half my wings I noticed my throat was hurting. I’m sure it Ms the flu or god forbid COVID!!!

Food was terrible, fries were dark brown and tasted like they were old and spoiled and then deep fried in dirty old oil. We paid $27 . The chicken bites were drowning in sauce to where I couldn't even taste the chicken. We threw everything away. Your better off going to arrowhead mall for something quick to eat. That's where we are headed. That was a TOTAL WASTES OF $27! never coming back here

I was in the Charles earlier today, I had ordered food and the manager who had taken my order was rude and wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and my food came out and it was completely then I had talk to one of the employees to fix my order he was kind and listened to what I was saying and made my food the right way. The food was good but as a manager you should not be incompetent but respectful like your employee.

I got takeout, and my order was correct on the receipt. However, we ordered the Chicken Philly large, and we got something totally different. We got a sandwich that was spicy and had roast beef on it. I tried to call the store number on the receipt, but the number was invalid, and google showed the same phone mumber. I tried calling several times from two different phones and got invalid number each time.

My thoughts was I was shopping I'll stop in for a snack. I ordered cheese fries and a drink. The fries were old and cheese was cold. Being that it just opened I would have thought it would have been fresh and hot. It was not. The workers were not friendly at all. Will not go to this location again.

Food was fine. I paid 6.49 for a combo of fries and 4 wings. Ordered a soda on side. They charged for the fries! I confronted them and they didn't get it nor cared. No matter how good it tastes I will never order here again. And the guy was a smiling jerk about it. And said if I still wanted it take it or only then he'd reimburse my money. So I complained again and the manager happened to be the same stupid kid. So he took my food away that j OVERPAID for and refunded the money. Great customer servuce ya jerk. FRAUDS
