Horrible food .Philly Steak worst I ever had.No flavor on th meet. And v Ty bad prepared.Too much money for what is worth.

Food was okay but they got my order wrong, they put Mayo on both the sandwiches I got. Tables were dirty, and there was this weird throne chair there that looked like it was pissed on.

Food was incorrect and the staff is rude. We took our food ad left after dealing with their mouthy cashier. We won't be back. I'll gladly pay double at the mall or elsewhere.

Charlie's is always out of fries. Every time I come here they have been out. Don't know what's up with that.

I spend 45$ in wings 🍟 fries n sandwiches then had to go back n pay for ranch... you guys are cheap lmao

I ordered online to pickup during my lunch break and after paying I realized it was the wrong location. Completely my fault. But when I tried to call to cancel the order the phone number was not in service. The location was not close enough for me to go in the store. Super frustrating that I couldn't get in touch with them to cancel my order, refund money, ... anything. $12 wasted on what would have been my lunch. Grrr.

I just love the restaurant and it's cleanliness the outside seating the friendliness of the staff

Rip off prices charged don’t correspond with prices advertised. Example ad. 6 nuggets and fries 6.59 Every day but get charged 6.99 . Fourty cents don’t sound much, but on thousands of orders every day seems to be a racket

On the store window it shows .70 cent boneless wings, we ordered 10 to try it out. Cashier said 11.01... I was like uh the special is .70, he says we'll it comes with fries and if I take off the fries it will still be the same price. Smh so I said that's false advertisement he said that's corporate. And wouldn't honor the price on the window
