My thoughts was I was shopping I'll stop in for a snack. I ordered cheese fries and a drink. The fries were old and cheese was cold. Being that it just opened I would have thought it would have been fresh and hot. It was not. The workers were not friendly at all. Will not go to this location again.

Food was fine. I paid 6.49 for a combo of fries and 4 wings. Ordered a soda on side. They charged for the fries! I confronted them and they didn't get it nor cared. No matter how good it tastes I will never order here again. And the guy was a smiling jerk about it. And said if I still wanted it take it or only then he'd reimburse my money. So I complained again and the manager happened to be the same stupid kid. So he took my food away that j OVERPAID for and refunded the money. Great customer servuce ya jerk. FRAUDS

Holly deliciousness!!! Idaho’s and Brandon were the cooks and man they are amazing. Phili cheese steak was the best I ever tasted and the wings!!! ON HIT!!! Found my new spot for me and my son. This will be our spot as long as these men are the cooks. All staff super nice and welcoming! My first time here and IM HOOKED!!

I ordered chicken wings. They were ice-cold. I told Brian, the cashier, he threw them in the trash and said I'd get a fresh order. I waited an hour and never received a new order. I waited in line for another half hour to ask for a refund and the manager refused to give me back my money. He said that he gave me another order, which is a lie. I told him to check his cameras and he refused. I tried calling the corporate office but they don't have a working phone system.

I'm happily surprised to find this inside a Walmart for a one stop shop. The guys working are very friendly. There is plenty of seating tables and toy vending machines for kids to play. The place is quite at a Sunday night.I I got the chicken combo and you can customize it on different flavors and I did the Buffalo sauce. It was really good. A little spicy but good.

I can write a book on the amount of screwups this place had I’ve given them a few chances before posting this but the whole staff is incompetent and needs to be fired and hire people that want to work.

Ordered using the Charley’s App for delivery. 30 minutes later I get a text message saying the delivery was cancelled by the driver. I called the store and they said when the driver arrived my order wasn’t showing on their order screen but it then popped up after the driver left, the store then said that another driver was on the way to pick up my order and deliver it. Another 30 minutes goes by and I have yet to receive my order so I call the store again. They say my order still has not been picked up. Considering my order has now been sitting for at least an hour I just ask for them to cancel the order and refund my money. This is where it gets really bad. I am told that they are unable to refund my order and if I want the order cancelled I would have to contact Uber. I did not order using Uber, I place my order on the Charley’s Cheesesteaks app not Uber! They insist that there is nothing that can be done. The worker then says they will put me on hold to call the manager. 3 minutes later the worker gets back on the phone and says “My manager says you need to contact Uber to get your refund “ At this point I am extremely irritated but I hang up and look up the Uber phone number and give them a call. Of course because I didn’t order using the Uber Eats app they have no clue what I am talking about and cannot find my order, what a surprise. I call back to the store this time I am no longer friendly. I demand they figure out how to cancel and refund my order as I placed my order through them using their app, paying them not Uber. If they use a third party to deliver their food, that’s on them to handle not me the customer! The worker then gets an attitude with me saying that they can’t do anything and I should complain to Uber and not them. At that point a female gets on the phone and says they have never had a problem like this before and nobody has ever asked for a refund so they do not know how to do it even if they could. She then said the best thing she could do is take my name and number and have the day manager (maybe the owner) call me tomorrow. Never have I ever paid money to one company who then turns around and tells me if I want my money back I have to talk to a different company. This has been the worst experience and has completely put me off ever eating or ordering from this place again. It’s a shame too because I was excited to have this store in my neighborhood. Do yourselves a favor and don’t eat here.
