First time to try their ICE CREAM CONES!!! So YUMMY. Plus cost is very reasonable. I could actually afford to enjoy sitting and having fun with the kids here after shopping.

Three people working. They are all just circled up talking. Seems like they are just doing the sandwich, then once the sandwich is done, they do the fries, then the chicken. They are more interested in their stories. I placed my order at the front at 640. I received my food at 652.

The food was cold. I ordered 10 piece wings and only got 8 wings and mozzarella sticks. And i also got a reg Philly cheese steak, and they didn't put any toppings on it or chop up the steak. There were 3 employees working when o ordered my food, but only one employee was working. The other two were talking on their phones. Every time I go to this location, there are always different people working there.

Stood waiting at the counter while 3 different workers looked at me and none of them could even acknowledge that I was standing there and say they would be to help me in a moment.

I ordered a 12-inch Philly cheesecake, and the girl who took the order went off to the back where the grilled is and started talking to the cook and talking and talking. My friend was behind me waiting to make their order. What seemed like 20 minutes ago, she brings up a box with my sub and now takes my friends order. So I opened the box to look at this and started laughing. This poor excuse for a sub was a joke, it barley had meat or cheese, about this time they brought my friends order, I spent their box and wow, their sub looked good. So I called the order taker over to look at my sub, she was like what's wrong I said seriously look at this and look at my friends, this poor girl gets a glazed over look and stated it got the correct amount of meat, now mind you this was a 15.00 sub, I told the girl just give me back my money. Still with the glazed look, she SLOWLY returned my money 💰 never to return to Charley's cheesecake again.

I was there today wanting to order. I sat at the order counter for over 10 min. Staff never came n acknowledged me. One of the staff even ignored me taking samples to the front. This really made me feel horrible. I'm on oxygen n in a mobility scooter I was totally visible. Very very bad customer service

I came in ordered 2 large cheesesteaks at charlie's cheesesteaks tonight at 7 PM. Told the lady I do not want no lettuce tomato or pickle. Set at 3 times she did not put it on the receipt, but she told me don't worry, we won't do it. She walked over and told the cook not to do it. Get my sandwich. Sure, enough.There's pickles all over it.Complete outer failure
