Underwhelmed & Overpriced. Big change in their menu very recently. Removed 1/2 of their burger choices. Prices are ridiculous with smaller portions. Service with “no smile”. Time for a new “neighborhood bar/restaurant”.

We've been coming to Charley's for several years and (used to) love the food and staff.
Unfortunately, over the past year the food has declined SIGNIFICANTLY. We used to eat in there at least once a week, usually twice. We stopped eating there months ago because the food is never cooked correctly (missing ingredients, overcooked, etc.)
I ordered food today for the first time in months. My breakfast burrito only had half the ingredients it was supposed to and was crispy, charcoal black because it was so burnt. We will not be eating here again.
We will always come back to see the staff (especially Ally!) but we will not eat here again unless we were forced to under apocalyptic conditions. They've lost our $300-400/month we used to spend on food and after talking to a lot of regulars I realized we are not alone.

Went for the karaoke and lots of fun. The loaded fries were amazing, and the atmosphere was great. Will be going again.

Could definitely use better lighting. It's bright office florescent white. I feel like I'm at doctors office! The food is great..... But the lighting is so cold and bright.

I absolutely adore this establishment. Their cocktails are excellent! The food is truly delicious, and I have always found it quite pleasant. However, the prices of the food have significantly increased. That's unfortunate.
I arrived with my family from out of town, and the only available tables were outside in temperatures exceeding 100° or by the entrance next to the exceedingly strong smell emanating from the restrooms. I believe this is why everyone else prefers seating on the other side of the property.

We stopped in to have lunch, my first time there. Service was wonderful by a very nice man. Food was very good and nice to have all the sport's t.v's to watch. No one was loud or obnoxious. All in all very pleasant.
