My wife and I dined at the bar top tonight (12/28) and were taken care of by the bartender, Jessica. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel very welcome and was attentive, friendly, and professional—even though the bar was extremely busy. She handled everything with a smile and stayed calm while juggling multiple guests and a very demanding table. At one point, a beer keg ran out and Jessica asked a male manager for assistance. Unfortunately, the interaction was uncomfortable to witness. The manager appeared unhappy to help, aggressively removed items from the fridge, raised his voice at Jessica in front of the full bar, and questioned why she hadn’t taken things out herself. Jessica explained that she was very busy and apologized, yet the manager continued the keg change in an aggressive manner and left all the fridge items on the counter before walking away. It was disappointing and unprofessional to see an employee spoken to like that, especially when she was clearly working so hard. The manager never came by to check on my wife or me, which stood out even more given how attentive Jessica was. I genuinely felt bad that she had to deal with that situation, and it gave the impression that the manager was unhappy and not supportive of his staff. Overall, Jessica did an amazing job tonight. Her positive attitude, work ethic, and professionalism truly stood out, and we made sure to leave her a big tip because it was well deserved. We will definitely be coming back to see her again, and I hope management addresses this situation, as the behavior we witnessed was very unprofessional.

We went last Saturday. Let me tell you, we were so excited to come here to eat. Kid friendly. Everything was perfect until my girlfriend found a hair in her pot pie. Cooked inside of it. I immediately lost my appetite as the waiter called the manager over to see the hair. He did bring a new one, but all food went to waste when we walked out. We did tip our server still, but 60$ wasted. Nothing was comped. Im not going to post the hair, but it sucked horribly managers name was Chris or will, I believe, went last Saturday.
Our server kept forgetting about us had to ask for refills on our drinks and a couple of people in our party asked for more BBQ sauce and more gravy it took her quite a long time and had to remind her we need extra this is the first time the service has been subpar The food was delicious and we will be back
