Chick-fil-A ranked No.1 for customer satisfaction for the 9th straight year. Chick-fil-A has amazing customer service. The employees are well-trained, super-fast, and look great. When customers come in, they first make eye contact, smile, strive to see the customer return a smile, and then ask how their day is going. They take orders politely and patiently. They use teamwork to serve in just a few minutes; they understand each other without talking. They make sure the customers are satisfied; by asking questions and making a friendly atmosphere. They care about the customer getting what they want. They try not to forget anything in the customer’s order, but in case that happens, they run out and follow you to the parking lot, give the customer the missing item, and apologize kindly. In addition, at Chick-fil-A, everything is super clean. It won a blue ribbon for being the cleanest fast-food restaurant in America. Their floor and tables are clean at all times even though it is a family place. Also, their playground is clean. The workers look neat and ready to go. Chick-fil-A customer service has been 100% successful for years.

Ordered threw door dash got my order 12 piece chicken nugget with no sauce wich I ordered sauce paid 23 $ for 12 nuggets no sauce why???????? Then I call the store talk to Levi the store supervisor tell him I'm frustrated paid for a service I didn't get he processed to tell me he can't give me my money back but he can give me my order soo I said okay I'd like fresh nuggets and sauce I'm happy he hands me my order way more then I ordered got every sauce in the store times 10 if not more this was rude and disgusting I paid for a service I have 8 and half years as a csr and I'd never treat some one like this not to mentions a customer tried to fight me outside cuz I said he'll never again will I step foot in a chic Fila

If I could give Chick-fil-A no stars I would! This company prides itself off of being anti LGBTQ alongside causing extreme suffering and cruelty to millions of chickens each year. I would highly recommend people not support them with their purchases. Shame on you Andrew Cathy!

This place is always busy, the fact that in the summer they have misting fans in the drive thru is awesome! My daughter loves the deluxe Chicken sandwich as do I, great service every time.
