When customers come in, they first make eye contact, smile, strive to see the customer return a smile, and then ask how their day is going. They take orders politely and patiently. They use teamwork to serve in just a few minutes; they understand each other without talking. They make sure the customers are satisfied; by asking questions and making a friendly atmosphere. They care about the customer getting what they want. They try not to forget anything in the customer’s order, but in case that happens, they run out and follow you to the parking lot, give the customer the missing item, and apologize kindly. In addition, at Chick-fil-A, everything is super clean. It won a blue ribbon for being the cleanest fast-food restaurant in America. Their floor and tables are clean at all times even though it is a family place. Also, their playground is clean. The workers look neat and ready to go. Chick-fil-A customer service has been 100% successful for years.

Ordered threw door dash got my order 12 piece chicken nugget with no sauce wich I ordered sauce paid 23 $ for 12 nuggets no sauce why???????? Then I call the store talk to Levi the store supervisor tell him I'm frustrated paid for a service I didn't get he processed to tell me he can't give me my money back but he can give me my order soo I said okay I'd like fresh nuggets and sauce I'm happy he hands me my order way more then I ordered got every sauce in the store times 10 if not more this was rude and disgusting I paid for a service I have 8 and half years as a csr and I'd never treat some one like this not to mentions a customer tried to fight me outside cuz I said he'll never again will I step foot in a chic Fila

If I could give Chick-fil-A no stars I would! This company prides itself off of being anti LGBTQ alongside causing extreme suffering and cruelty to millions of chickens each year. I would highly recommend people not support them with their purchases. Shame on you Andrew Cathy!

So sad everything is open dine in also except for this location we are 117 f and you still only do drive through rent build up take your order no receipt than get over charged not good you order my bank notified me once I paid Than you talk to manager very sad he even was root never got My change back from 30 order I only ordered 2 items 10.99 Hopefully someone will inspect see what employees have to do outside 117 degrees . Can get a hear stroke First and last time Chick F.
We did the drive thru. Was very busy two lines where they were taking orders, one line to pick up food. Was very fast and the food was great. I had the grill chicken sandwich with the works. Love the chick-Gil-A sauce.

a month agoWe recently celebrated our 31st anniversary at Brio, and also my birthday, and have lovely experiences on both occasions. We dined on the patio, and felt very safe during this pandemic, with tables spaced quite a bit further apart than the 6' that is recommended. Valentina was our server for our anniversary, and Taylor, for my birthday. Both were professional, attentive, and friendly, providing excellent service. The food is always on point at Brio, never anything but perfection of flavors and presentation. From the warm, crusty sourdough bread, to the cocktails, to entrees served at correct temperature and flavored impeccably, what's not to like and garner a return visit? So glad Brio is close by for us to call it a local favorite! Thank you for memories made for special occasions, as well as for relaxing lunches with friends!Like
