I got very dry chicken. I couldn't eat it before I had to pick out all the chicken
We loved our visit. Service was excellent and the food was hot and fresh. The interior wasn’t as clean as it should have been or could have been. Every table we went to sit at was dirty w rice under the tables. There were plenty of staff members to have one of them clean the dining area. Other than that our visit was good. I got the bowl, wifey got the bowl and sister had the burrito we all enjoyed it and the chips and salsa. We will be returning and hopefully this time the floors and tables are a little more suitable for your customers..

I visited this location on 3/22/2024 between 3:30 and 4:00 and during my visit the managers decided it was ideal to have a sit down with only one person on the line who was doing their best and kept a smile other managers in the back prepping while the line starts to reach the EXIT door absolutely ridiculous! Than she comes back from eating and her sit down and starts telling the only person who was on the line that they are out of all the salsa side items ..like get up and help her out she literally didn’t even have time to restock..Change the way people think about fast food ?? I think not ! GET IT TOGETHER MANAGEMENT

ZERO STARS They Over Charged Me And Then I Asked Why My Bill Was So Much After Getting A Large Guacamole And Large Queso Blano Which Came Out To $27 I Paid And Noticed My Bag Was Heavy & They Charge Me Someone Else Chicken Burrito As Well ! So Irritating Because I Tried Telling The Cashier Mylanda That It Was Too Much & She Claims “YOU GOT 2 Larges They $9 Each”! Never Going Back Here Agian !
This is a great Chipotle. Being so close to Westgate they are always busy but also so efficient. Usually my experience is great but this last time it was a bit different. There was no steak, only chicken and pork of some sort so that was a bummer. However, even more concerning was the giant pile of trash that was piled up over the trash can. Just made the place look like a small dump. I dont know if they were understaffed that night or what but it was pretty bad. Again, usually its not like this so I assume something was up that night. I left and went to another location.
