Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve visited this Chipotle location several times for takeout, and almost every time my order has been incorrect. The portions are inconsistent—they tend to overfill the bowls with beans, lettuce, and rice while skimping on the protein and salsa, which leaves the meal bland. The staff is always friendly and the wait times are short, but unfortunately the food quality at this location doesn’t reflect the standards of the brand.

My family eats here 3 times a week minimum. Chipotle is something we always budget for. Most of the time we dont even have to order anything at all because they know what we get. we have cheated on this location a couple of times in the past few weeks cause we were out on another side of town when we were ready to eat and it NEVER is as good as it is here. what I love about this location the most is the food is always at its freshest. we have been the first customer at opening up to the last customer at night, no matter the time of day they keep it fresh. the next best thing is the friendly customer service. everyone is so friendly if feels very welcoming as you enter the restaurant. the third best thing is how clean this place. I have never seen a dirty table here. they are constantly cleaning the soda fountain area and wipe down the line frequently..... I know this was long and you are probably thinking what's the catch, but there isn't. I can go on and on about how wonderful i think this place is but to the average review viewer that is going to see this doesnt care about all of that. Just know you can never go wrong with chipolte but this one goes above and beyond for every customer all the time.

I typically go here and haven’t had issues until my visit today, went after 10pm and the workers were very unkind and dismissive. They took almost half of the food options off of the line in order to clean and had limited things to offer to myself and the customer behind me. As a customer I was hoping that if the establishment is open until 11 I could get the food and service I am used to during those hours.To be honest, if I knew they were going to take all of that food off the line I probably wouldn’t have visited. I am looking for a feedback form to write about my experience and can’t find one.

This location offers the dependable Chipotle experience: fresh ingredients, customizable options, and quick service. The line moves efficiently even during busy times, and the restaurant is kept clean in a decent, convenient area. A solid choice when you want something fast and familiar.

The worst experience at this location.
If you come here after 9:30pm you will get poor service and bad attitude. They are very young and no responsibility. Basically, they don’t want any customer after 9:30pm.
They removed all the chairs and everything even though they close at 11pm. If they do it around 10:30pm I will understand but before that, that’s bad management.

I come to this chipotle location quite often. They usually have good service All things considered However, I found that they constantly ring my order up wrong, so I’m paying more than I should be. I always get a chicken bowl every time and I’d say about a third of the time they ring me up for a Carnitas or a steak bowl Which costs more. Just today I got a chicken bowl and when she rang me up it’s at $ 11:50. I told the cashier I have a chicken bowl, She didn’t answer respond back and proceeded To ring me up for a Carnitas bowl. The food is great, but I would appreciate if the employees would take the time to just make sure they’re ringing people up correctly. It’s Unprofessional. Especially When I’ve told you what I have and you don’t even take the time to Review what you’re charging me.

I'm so tired of them shaking my food off the end of the spoon. Did I not come here to eat?? Or watch the server shake all my food off the spoon. Absolutely ridiculous That is why it's so hard to go and eat when someone that is serving you is in front of me doing something like that and changing me $13.50 for rice.

Trying to pick up my order that I ordered online 40 minutes ago. Four girls at the cash register that can't figure out how to make it work. They only have four employees in the store so no one's making any food lots of people waiting in line. Then I get attitude for asking for my order. After waiting for 10 minutes just to get someone to check for my order they don't know when it will be ready. But it was followed with attitude.

Common Sense says like a manager fixes the computer and have everyone else do their job instead of standing there talking like it's high school time.

To make it worse my order was ready the whole time I was there. With an attitude when they gave me the order also instead of I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Got there 30mins after I placed my order online, one of the employees said they will check on it waited there 10mins then she said someone took it meaning they gave it to the wrong person so had to sit there and wait for them to make it again not to mention they are rude and had an attitude as if they didn’t give my order to the wrong person this is a shitty location don’t come here.

I don't know what these other recent reviews are complaining about. Was just there today to get lunch and I found the staff pleasant and professional and my portion size was definitely enough to fill me up.

Kids working there are awful. They were playing and be super unsanitary. The Manager went out side and was cleaning outdoors and went to straight to serving food. Like what??!

Place was quiet and I waited 25 minutes past my order pickup time still. The employee just kept chatting and horsing around rather than finishing my order.

Food was cold and guacamole was definitely rotting.

Probably the cleanest experice at this location the last few years but I had to ask the took the time to beat the spoon on every ingredient, use a sideways spoon like a honey dipper for the tiniest drizzle of sour cream and I had to ask 3 times for a normal (not excessive) amount of cheese. My kids full size chicken quesadilla had about 6 morsels of chicken on it. 40 bucks for 2 measly burritos and 1 quesadilla. Im gone for good.
