Honestly, had a long day with a good workout and the workers kinda made my day with how kind they are.

I tried this again! The new chicken el pastor. I tried this last time the commercials came out and while i liked the chicken as it was made perfectly, i got charged for 2 burritos and didn’t realize it til i got home and looked at the receipt! Um i ordered a taco with rice and chips and guacamole. I checked the next day on my account and yep charged incorrectly. I called and the manager said that was yesterday i can’t do anything about it. First red flag! Yesterday i saw the commercial and went back. Walked in and told the lady taco to go - she said something i didn’t understand and i again said taco to go. She put 3 hard corn shells in a basket. Im like okay 3, i guess. I tell the next guy chicken el pastor and white rice. He adds beans. I say no beans. He throws the shells away and we start again. He puts the chicken and rice in the shells and is about to add peppers. I say very loudly NO! We move on and i tell the next person, chips and guacamole too. I get to the register and i look in the bag and say there are no chips. Someone behind tosses the bag of chips which bounces across the counter. I say i ordered the chips with guacamole. The cashier yells side of guac. One is tossed over and handed to me. The total is $19+. I walk out and drive home and look at the receipt- and i am charged for a side of guac and also chips and guac!!! So frustrating. I then open the tacos which have been dumped upside in the take out container so the shells are on top of a very very saucy hardly any chicken el pastor. I ate them and there was nothing special about them. Taste exactly like chipotle beans blah. No pineapple flavor - just blah. I will not be going back. Ill stick with Rubios! Or even Taco Bell is better.

Do not order Uber Eats or Doordash from here.

They will make your delivery person wait until there is nobody in line then start making your food, even if they received the ticket 15 minutes prior. If the employees hate their job they have the option to quit, they don't have to take it out on online customers and delivery workers. The workers are Passive aggressively wasting people's time, and hurting our ability to generate income. Disrespecting people's time because of your hurt feelings or wounded pride is WRONG.

The portions of rice and beans in the bowl are insanely small for 15 bucks. Overpriced and stingy but if you want a snack instead of dinner highly recommend

I tipped 20% on my pickup order and was disappointed to find that one of the bowls had little to no meat. It’s quite unusual to receive less than 3 ounces of meat on a regular portion order.

I mean it’s Chipotle but the inconsistency is highly irritating. And why can we not cut the fajita vegetables?

They're pretty stingy (mainly with cheese and somewhat with meat), but we keep coming back. The water dispenser is semi-functional.

Ended up with food poisoning after a double chicken bowl. I ate nothing else yesterday and have no other source to blame or be suspicious of. About 6 hours after eating here I was confined to my bathroom and spent the entire night dealing with food poisoning. Again, I ate only my Chipotle bowl yesterday. I guess this makes sense after finding reviews of this location mentioning unsanitary practices.

It takes a lot to get a review out of me. Multiple visits of the same things. The food isn’t great from this location everything is always like warm. The people working here are as rude as it gets. I try to be kind and understand food service work can suck but also flat out ignoring a customer asking if his mobile order is ready because you’re having a bad night isn’t acceptable. After looking at some other recent reviews I see I’m not alone with feeling like this place is just awful.

i live so close to this location but every time i set a mobile order it is never ready. im tired of waiting 10-20 mins for something i set way in advance. this has happened three times so i figured its time to report it. i see people walk in with no wait and immediately get their stuff. at this point i just feel like they dont want to make the food that has been in a mobile order for over 30 minutes. i highly recommend any other chipotle location, primarily the one near arrowhead. it has a staff that actually cares to make the food that was ordered.
