food was terrible. Worker was scraping the bottom of the bin for my rice and it was hard as rocks. Never coming back to this chipotle!👎🏼

Had to wait for rice and queso for like 10 minutes food wasn’t even that good anyways just not a good experience

Worst chipotle i’ve ever been to period. the dirty cooks and unfriendly line people ruined this place for me. there was even a chef that looked at me and went like this with his hands 👉👌. As i’m about to pay he comes up off his position and asks for hawk tuah like i know what that is. No one else heard him as they only have 2 people there and they’re all on different corners of the restaurant doing god knows what. Also very shit portions as seen in the picture.

Why is there always one person handling two food counters...creating long lines? Never eat at this location.

Casual atmosphere, fast and flavorful Mexican food. They're always very careful with my gluten-free order, and I appreciate that. Staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable.

COLD RICE With very little meat. This place will never see me again. I spent 18.00 on One bowl
I asked for double meat with brown rice. I had to take the bowl back and show him that it was mostly rice so he charged me for extra meat just to make my bowl look like it should. because of the fact that they short you on your food is ridiculous. They should be closed just like the neighbors. 6:30 pm ppl stand around selling cold food. The manager didn't make it any better with his attitude. 🚫

I show up at 10:15, I got greeted with “what’s up, Are you OK? What do you need?” It threw me off, but I continued to say that I wanted a bowl, The worker replied with oh sorry bro we’re not open until 1030…. It was so rude and disrespectful. Online you guys are open at 10. And I’m not your bro, bro. Disgusting way to treat someone in the morning.

They ran out of white rice (understandably so) and the whole time I waited for it, she’s looking at me like I insulted her mother. Then, when I ask for extra rice (which is free), she gets ANOTHER attitude and dumps half a spoon of rice.
If you’re looking to get dirty looks from the staff and attitude for asking to add stuff onto your bowl you’re gonna pay for, this is the place!

Just asked for some slices of lime you know the little cup of lime slices for my order that I just paid 30 $40 for and they told me they don’t give lime slices out for free and I’d have to be charged for them…..

Is this a new policy?

Not a big reviewer here, but this is probably the worst Chipotle I've been to. Totally flavorless bowl and I get quiet a bit of toppings and what happened to the chips.. no lime flavor, no salt, and kinda burnt. Place was a mess, but it was sorta busy.

One of the worst Chipotles in the valley. 30 people in line and only one guy actually making the food while four other people watch and do light cleaning. To make it worse the guy making the food has to restock everything himself because the other people aren't even helping. Took almost 40 minutes to get to the front of the line but my son really wanted the food. They probably lost $1,000 because half the people looked at the line and just walked away or left the line after they rented for a few minutes.

This Chipotle is the reason why our family has not and will not return to a Chipotle location. Poor service, light on meat, and prices have gone up. I'll stay home next time.
