They charge me for a regular steak bowl meal when instead I got a steak burrito ? how is that $11.20 and when I went back they told me that my steak burrito ? was $11.20 how is that possible and guy cashier with dark black hair and glasses didn't even bother to ask me If I wanted a drink I paid $32.07 is a lot of money for just Chicken bowl and they charge me for the tortilla for 50 cents and the chips and guacamole for about $4.55 and a drink for$ 3.40 supposedly they charge me for steak bowl when I got steak burrito ? that supposed cost only $9.00 for not $11.20. How did it come to total beats me ? But that's the last time I will go there. Horrible experience and poorly customers service sucks badily and rip me off my money ? that I work hard for by working 40 hours a week that I work at my job. And this place want rip me off my money now I am good lost me as customer that was last straw for me. Watch out for receipts the overcharge on things u didn't order and don't pay attention to what ur ordering maybe they should work and provide better customer service as well instead of correcting the customer of what they order and what they didn't just giving advice. So it doesn't happen to another customer best of luck to the people that eat there

The person who served me gave me my burnt quesadilla without paper without anything in the food bag with everything mixed up, I asked for a burrito and he gave it to me with the tortilla all broken, his rude way of answering I would never return to that restaurant The name person is

This location seems to have a hard time with to go or door dash orders. I order through the app religiously and so far every time I am missing something. Every time it’s been at least the napkins and utensils, which I choose in the app to be included. Once my chips were forgotten. Each time I have ordered a bottled coke it has not been included. I order this when I have a free entree because then my order does not meet the $10 minimum for delivery so I choose a soda. The last time I requested a refund for this they gave me a free bottled coke reward on my app but it had an expiration date and I never got to use it. And again today I ordered a coke and it did not come with my food. I have ordered to go from multiple locations and this one in particular seems to be consistent in forgetting items and I do not receive an adequate response or refund for this.

I ordered a bowl it had a fake leaf in my food the manager refused to refund me my
I tried out their carne asada hard shelled tacos and ordered a burrito to take home to eat for later. My crony got a barbacoa bowl with chips & guac. Our whole order came out to $40.55. The employees definitely had an attitude of wanting the day to end as fast as possible. Overall, the tacos were a bit messy but nothing really stood out. It was a passable meal.

This is one of the worst chipotle that I have been to. I took my wife to this place to try it for the first time, and I regret doing that. They gave use bowl half empty. We paid extra for the chicken, and we only got a couple of cubes. Too much money for too little food. I would not recommend it at all. $34 for half empty

Pretty good for a quick stop. Only thing that has me on the less than happy side is that they are starting to add less ingredients and more "filler" sides. If they used to give you two spoonfuls of meat, now it's just one, more rice and beans, and barely a spoonful of the sides. So for the price, i'd strongly recommend an actual mexican restaurant, or hell, even a taco truck. Can't go wrong with meals on wheels

Libby was serving everyone in line by herself. She remained calm and friendly. I was watching her because I was waiting in line so long, and I noticed how efficient she was with everything she was doing.She deserves major kudos from the company and managers.However!! When I got to the car and home. I was missing one taco. The cashier didn't put it in the bag and YES I was charged!
