I can't in good conscience go to Chipotle anymore and pay approximately $14 for a burrito or bowl and watch the protein portions shrink to basically a soup spoon full of meat. I was worried it was just me but looking at other reviews here, Reddit and elsewhere ... it isn't.

Also portions are tiny, like baby sized portions at 3x the price!
What it takes to feed one person, you can feed 4 at their prices!

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The burrito was as big as your palm and was 75% rice that was undercooked and no veggies as ordered. I asked for double veggie and double bean IN A VEGGIE BOWL that had no veggies, a sprinkle of beans, and was again 75% undercooked rice. Sad that we chose this place as our one meal out for the month :(

Poor customer service. Got charged for 2 burritos and had to go back to show them, after I told her my order 2 x. She still overcharged and my food was cold by the time I got home. Small portions.

My husband and I are kinda tight with money right now but we had some gist cards left over from our wedding so we thought what the heck and went to chipotle. One of of our gift cards only had $11 on it and the other one that was supposed to have $25 was reading as an error. The employee up front asked his manager if they should comp off the rest in front of us and the manager told us to call the number on the back and made us pay the full balance. The manager was literally no help at all. This whole experience made me upset and kinda ruined our date night. I was pretty bummed. I will not be returning and I will never purchase a chipotle gift card again.

This is the guac they sent in our To-go order.
This location continues to mess up the online orders. For someone who orders through the app regularly - it is very disappointing to waste time driving home to realize your order is completely wrong or missing items.
The management team here needs to train their employees (who seem btw very unprofessional and careless). Management do Better. For anyone ordering online, double check your order in store. There is a high change the order will be incorrect.

I've always enjoyed Chipotle, but this location has the worst customer service and quality of food. We recently ordered a pickup order.. we live nearby and when we got home we were so disappointed to see the lack of food and the presentation was just sad. Almost as if to go orders don't matter. This is what $17 gets you.
