Very disappointed in the service received tonight. Typically we have a good experience but tonight they shut down everything over an hour early. The grill was off and already cleaned, got the bottom of the bin for chicken for my bowl. The sour cream was practically empty and they wouldn’t get any additional for my bowl or quesadilla. Lastly, an item was missing from my order and it doesn’t make sense to go back just to be told they don’t have any more for the night. Guess I may need to rethink which location gets my business.

They were upset cause the guy didn’t hear my daughter say, Guac on side. So they had to remake it. The Chipotle’s in Arizona have to be the worse.

The GM here has to be lazy or not care.

this is the worst chipotle i’ve been to. the quality of food and service is terrible. the employees refuse to listen to the most simple requests, and generally just do a poor job while simultaneously giving attitude where it’s not due. and look at how this burritos was wrapped.

Gal did one scoop for everything but hit the spoon on the side to knock off more. After rice, beans and chicken I was a quarter full in my bowl. As for queso which is extra… I asked for it after it was skipped over and received what I would compare to a dollop you’d receive in elementary school. She definitely made sure I got charged for the queso that was scooped out of a bin that shoulda been tossed 3 customers prior. Other than that it was cold which idc I just put it in the microwave after my 4 minute drive home. 2 stars because I could eat it.

I just walked out from getting my order the food is delicious like always the customer service was great from the dude making my bowl and the chick at the cash register I even got a free drink because I don't know why also a bonus :D

Vegetarian options: I'm vegetarian there's plenty of vegetarian options to mix and match along with mediteranian diet options

Won't go to this location again. Girls dishing food acted like stuck-up brats. Roll their eyes every time they had to dish something out like I was interrupting their life. I can get that at home from my own teenager.

I don’t usually write reviews but unfortunately this has been my second time coming here and they messed up my order again. The first time I let it pass. I’ve worked food service before and we all have bad days. But this is my second time coming here and it happened again. First time they added ingredients I didn’t want and this time they forgot ingredients.

I placed my order through the app and requested extra steak, but unfortunately, it was missing cheese and hot sauce as well. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with our order, except for the kids' meal, which was fine. I typically don’t visit this location, and this experience hasn’t encouraged me to return.
