Review is from an order I placed a week ago. Ordered my food through the Chipotle lane and was told the order was ready for pickup. Went to pick it up and got behind two other vehicles in line. Waited 20 minutes while they made the food for the other vehicles ahead of me. Ridiculous!! What is the point of ordering ahead of time just to wait 20 minutes?!?!? Get my order and get home and I’m missing queso. I know this is a new location but can you please train your staff to simply have the cars go back around or park if their orders aren’t ready. Should just be common sense.

Felt like its overpriced almost $25 for a burrito & taco with a drink i should have gone too the freddys next door 😂 foods decent but for the price i rather pay the las vegas Buffet $21

Use card or EXACT change!!! The cashier wont give you your change until you ask. She closed the cash drawer right when she put my amout in the pockets without counting the coins

A positive experience overall. The atmosphere is calm and the service is steady.
When I went in to get my food I got greeted by a rude worker who had hickies all over her neck. When she asked me what I wanted I told her and when she got my order wrong I told her, she rolled her eyes at me like she didn’t want to fix the food. Why would I want to come to a place like this when they hire employees who don’t ever want to be there. Horrible experience

This location might be worse than the westgate location. Ordered a meal for 5 PM, arrived at 5:08 pm and they hadn’t made the bowl yet. Good thing because I saw several chipotle employees huddle up to see if the chicken was fully cooked or not. I decided not to get anything and left.

I went to this location there was nobody in line. I got in line and the whole staff literally looks me in the eye and turns thier back on me and walks away. So I took a seat waiting for them to return. Then 3 hispanic people came in right after me they all were greeted and immediately helped. If you are African American dont come here they blatantly dont like and disrespect black people.

We stopped in to place an order today. The manager was absolutely wonderful! She made sure everything was in order and even made sure what we ordered was perfect! The staff was very upbeat and did a great job! However, I forgot her name and tried calling. The Chipotle automated system was horrible!! Therefore, I hung up without being able to get her name, but I am still writing the review because they're doing a great job!!
