We went in the candy store near there and we saw this restaurant and we thought that they were going to take for ever and they did not we went inside and they welcome us and we got our drinks and they asked us what we want to eat and they explained us every plate and they serve good and the food was delicious I recommended this

I hate doing bad reviews, but this is NOT the "best Chinese restaurant in the Valley". I ordered Hunan beef, pork fried rice, and house lo mein. Hunan beef is my favorite dish: chiles, garlic, ginger, beef, broccoli, and a sauce based on soy sauce and spices. Chung Ming makes it with a ton of vegetables (cabbage, squash, onion, mushrooms, broccoli) in an oily, watery sauce with little taste. Yes, it was sort of spicy, but it presents like a stew not an entree. The rest of the food was ok, but we won't use them again.

Can't recommend this restaurant. Food was overcooked and the rib appetizer wasn't edible. Can't taste much and asked for spicy mustard and extra sauce, received none. I'm rather upset. $ wasted.

I ordered the shrimp with snow peas. It was supposed to come with fried rice and an egg roll. The rice was steamed. There was NO egg roll. What I got was a big bowl of mushy bland vegetables. There may have been 6 snow peas, the rest was seriously overcooked zuchini, carrots, and cabbage sinking in what looks like dirty dishwater. They do offer a shrimp with vegetables, but that is not what I ordered. There was also only 6 shrimp. Absolutely disgusting. I will never order from this restaurant again.

I ordered shrimp with lobster sauce and it was delivered looking like a Jello mold it was tasteless and hope to had to litterally pull shrimp out with a fork peel off the sauce I called to b nice , I've been ordering from them since 2009 , the manager refused to hear me and said that's how it always has been cooked , i beg to differcalthough the gentleman on the phone was very polite and agreed , I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN , o was not asking for anything just wanted to b nice

Initially I was not happy that 3 entrées and 4 egg rolls were around 50 bucks as my husband said the reviews said they were "cheap". However, the portions were out of this world. Easily feeds a family of 4 (2 of which are teenagers) and plenty of leftovers. Everything was piping hot and flavourful! The only small MINOR thing was there was no hot mustard packets, but that's minimaI. I didn't take a before pic. but the one I am sharing was LEFTOVERS.
