This place is a great place that I've gone to for many years and it hasn't changed a bit. Love the food and staff are friendly and happy to be there. A little cold if you stay for a long enough but other than that no complaints from me!Parking: Parking lot that can hold 1~15 cars right next to the establishment
This place is stupid. I paid $20 for skinny uncooked pieces of chicken & when I asked for it to be fixed I was argued with instead of just helping me out. I didn’t want a refund or anything I wanted it to be cooked & she refused to cook it again & issued me a refund to leave.She was rude @and very unprofessional. Don’t SIT THERE AND ARGUE with the customer who just wants their food cooked.

Under the recommendation of someone that lives near by i ordered food from this location last night.I ordered a 8 piece meal with large side and 4 buscuits.When i got to my final destination i discovered there was no plasticware/ napkins in the bag that was sealed.When i attempted to do the survey it said i was entering the inncorrect store number that is printed on my receipt.Never again will i order from here.

The best Church's chicken location I've ever happened upon! The generous chicken pieces were cooked perfectly, all juicy and delicious ? I found the young man at the counter to be poised, attentive, and pleasant. It felt as though effective team communication and enthusiastic customer service really upped this take out experience...

Was greeted immediately by a friendly, smiling young lady at the counter. She knew exactly where my order was and had finished packing it up quickly before handing it off to me with a positive attitude. Food was fresh and hot.

I stopped going there for a while because they always got my order wrong, I eventually decided to give it another chance since its the location closest to me. I noticed there was a new guy working there very nice man offered to make what i had ordered since they ran out of spicy chicken when i went in. This great service made me go back only to realize he’s the only one willing to do his job correctly. Last night he wasn’t there but ok cool the ladies here will get me what I ordered. I order all white meat meaning 1 wing 2 breasts meal (I’ll pay the extra i don’t care about that) because i share this with my mother, she said 25 mins because they need to cook new chicken , i said ok and came back for my meal 25 mins later. I got home and checked I got 1 wing 1 thigh ? and 1 breast AND the breast was DRYYY & HARD beyond disgusting. I won’t come back to this location, I’m tired of the I DONT CARE vibe ?

I would actually give this a 3 1/2 star rating because there was one employee that was good nature in there. The food was, not great. We ordered online and it took us forever when we arrived to get the order. And then trying to get some of the dipping sauce was like trying to ask for blood. The manager was the one that was acting ridiculous and wouldn't give us any of the sauces. Just not the handful of their packets on us. I'll never go back there again. One other thing I mentioned that they let me leave without even making sure I got my drink that I paid for.
