Not going to lie, I was highly disappointed when we pulled into the parking lot looking for Churroholic and found Tea-Riffic Churro instead. We decided to try it out. The brown sugar tiger milk tea was on point and the Vietnamese coffee was good, if you like coffee you’ll like it! The churro breakfast plate was ok, the blueberries were under ripe and a bit bitter but still good but the churro bites were hard and small in diameter making them hard and kind of tear to the roof of your mouth. They are still using the Churroholic menu and don’t offer a few of the items listed on it which is odd. Overall not sure if we’d go back for anything other than the drinks. Hopefully they will change the google name so they are not falsely advertising a different company.

Nice staff and wide variety of options. Reasonable pricing and fun flavors for the drinks, churros, etc.
We tried the boba and churros. The brown sugar milk tea was sweet with a little tang. The churros took a little bit to prepare, but both were perfectly crispy (and big). We'll be back.

Ever since this establishment changed the name and/or apparently came under new management it has gone to complete garbage—the staff was rude, the manager/owner was incredibly rude & inconsiderate. He had a terrible attitude, rolling his eyes & refusing to acknowledge problems in his business with cleanliness & quality of product AND he treats his employees terrible in front of customers! I find that to be very uncouth, unprofessional & terribly embarrassing on/to his staff! I would never return to this business; I spend way too much money there for the quality of service & product or in this circumstance lack there of. The business owner/manager is nothing to brag about—he needs to take some serious courses in restaurant management & take a MAJOR look at his behavior. Meh— 0/19 ⭐️ if I could!!!!!

So let me just say I love this establishments food and drink, usually on a busy night the wait is no more than 10 minutes tops. I ordered an iced coffee, that's it, just an iced coffee, it took 40 minutes to get my order! There were 4 girls working, all with no sense of urgency, line out the door, people waiting for their food and they just took their sweet little time. I used to work fast food as a teen so I understand the sense of urgency on a busy night/ rush hour. However these girls completely lacked situational awareness and sense of urgency. Someone needs to be on the floor delegating if these teenagers/20 somethings can't get it together. Over an hour wait for an iced coffee is ridiculous!

A group of 6 of us went here 2 times within a week of each visit. On the first visit we ordered the mini sundae for $4.50. When we returned a week later and ordered the same item, it was $8.50. We told the clerk/manager that the same item was $4.50 last week, she said it had to have been a mistake...the price was $8.50. When we pointed out to her that a regular sundae was $9.50.. how could that be right. She said that's the price now, it was a mistake if we bought it last week at that price. A person in my group ordered a scoop of ice cream with bits of a churro in the ice cream with a side of chocolate syrup...she was charged $4.50. When I ordered the same, she charged me $8.50. I showed her my friend's receipt, she said that was a mistake, the price is suppose to be $8.50. This manager also said the prices posted on the overhead board menu were not right.. She said the prices on the menus were the correct prices. The manager was not very customer friendly. We will not return to this place...

First time stopping by 10:00 pm 11/03 out of everything the girl was answering my questions abruptly as If I have been here before rolled her eyes and sighed when she saw I skipped the tip option no sense of urgency with the girls making the desserts.

Over expectations: based on the 5 star ratings and pictures if the treats my expectations were set relatively high. I was disappointed to say the least. Based on the type of place I expected to walk into a bright, lively and fresh clean facility, but instead, thought I had walked into the wrong shop at first, did a double take and...no...this was it.First impression: dark, small, less than appealing. Only 2 tables for guests and they were dirty. First off we invited a large group and not enough seating area for every one, with a paper sign stating half the seating was closed. It's an ice cream place and yet you can't even see the ice cream to make your selection...rather its a tiny white board with poor handwriting and minimal amount of flavors...as in just 5. We ordered a round of popcorn chicken and it had a really bad taste. The service was less than pleasant as we had to repeat the order like 5 times because it just wasn't right. And as far as the visual appeal of their signature ice cream and churro...well there was no effort...we got a cup of ice cream and a box of churros...not the churro inside the ice cream with this grand display as they portray on their sight and signage.Don't get me wrong, the flavor of the churros was spot on and great size, ice cream portions were quite nice and their smoothies taste amazing...with quite the options to select from. Their desert game is on point other than not having a better variety of ice cream.Their facility, overall design inside, falls short of what they sell. Had been here before and service was great but the 2nd time was horrible. I live in surprise so its a little bit of a drive. The girl at the registered seemed clueless. I asked if they had shakes and she told me know until my daughter pointed out on the menu that they do. Then they were out of so many things my daughter ended not getting anything. They made the shake right away but then I had to wait for the churro as my husbands shake was melting ( he was not with me and the girl knew that cuz I had to call my husband to ask him if he wanted something different since she told m they didnt have shakes) overall the experience was not pleasant and I definitely will not be going back.

For starters the food was Amazing at this place! The restaurant is a little small and there wasn't much seating inside. I got the churro sundae and I was super impressed with it! Popcorn chicken and fries are also really good too! I would recommend this spot if you really like churros and if you have a big appetite for sweets because the portions sizes are pretty big!
