Cinnabon

I am PISSED! I usually love Cinnabon but the last few times I've gone the service has been AWFUL! Tasha was horribly rude, ignored us, had her earphones in, was yelling at another employee when I came in, and would not stop scoffing and rolling her eyes at us! This has happened so many times. Attitude NEEDS to be corrected this is so unprofessional and unacceptable

Ordered a regular cinnamon roll, it was dry and barely had any frosting, maybe this batch was sitting out for awhile

Out of all the nice food stalls in Arrowhead towne center, I chose to get 2 orders of the minis for myself and my wife. Unfortunately, I was given 'STALE' products which tasted a couple of days old. I just returned the unconsumed and told the staff about it and did not even bother to get a refund. Soo disappointed. Common Cinnabon...this is no way to survive current competitive market.

churros were HARD not even edible. + didnt even have ingredients to make something from their menu ..? can see why this location is rated as is.

Waited 20 minutes for an order for pickup I asked three different associates they kept walking back to the screen absolutely no response back another customer asked what's the holdup they say it's going to be 10 minutes on the m&m cookies I've already been waiting so I'm supposed to wait another 10 minutes no apology no communication piss poor service at best

Worst location to go to if you order online they expect you to pronounce your own name the way they want or they won’t give your food and will give attitude and act like you’re an inconvenience should rehire staff worst people I’ve ever met !

This location has really bossy staff that wont let you pick up mobile orders

Trash employees with trash service. Also, never pick up the phone when calling even though when i get there these mouth breathers stand there drooling doing nothing

I LOVE Cinnabon!! That having been said. I had not been in this mall for quite sometime. My wife happened to be there shopping and thought she would surprise me with this wonderful treat. To her shock, a single large Cinnabon is now almost SIX DOLLARS and a box of small ones of 9? is something like $23 plus! My wife was incredulous that these treats had gone up in price SO MUCH. Even the young girl working there said sheepishly......."yeah, they've gone up a little".
I completely understand "inflation" and rising food costs. But I am also keenly aware when some business is trying to take advantage of people! I REFUSE to be gouged. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this business.
Shame on you Cinnabon. And by the way, there is probably a good reason my wife was the ONLY customer there.
