I do like how they list all the calories of each item on the menu as well. I decided to get a center of the roll which is essentially a bunch of center pieces of cinnabon in a cup. It cost $6.06 and was 700 calories. They can warm up any of their items if you're looking to eat them right away which is nice.

I purchased 3 regular cinnamon rolls for my kids at home. The staff gave me 2 regulars and 1 mini roll. I did not open the boxes at the mall as I took them home. I feel ripped off!

Ordered the small 16 Cinnabon pack for Christmas Eve, picked them up at 2:30pm and we ate them the next morning around 11am. They were already stale, with no flavor except for the icing. Won't be going back!

Cinnabon really has some good quick bites anywhere. We always enjoy options here. Tried the stall on the 2nd floor of the arrowhead and like always satisfied with the food. The rolls are always a value for the money in my opinion when you compare them to other overpriced items available in the vicinity. Order was easy here and the food is immediately available for you to take it away since prepared food is kept on a heated shelf most of the time. The counter lady was nice to use as well. I would recommend this place.

I never had Cinnabon, but my husband loves them. He has to be in the mood as he doesn't like sweets too often. His new work location is in thr middle of nowhere. He has been bringing lunches as he has a trailer office again, but sometimes you just need some hearty yummy food during a busy day of work. I picked him up the Cinnabon pieces in a cup. Ooey gooey yumminess. Service was great. My husband saw them and even though he didn't want to he ate them this evening. Just couldn't wait. It has been a while and they were so irresistible!!!

Honestly for the price I'd rather a regular bun over a half dozen donuts from dunkin or Krispy Kreme. Yes Cinnabon is pricey but there's no mistaking their good quality and it's worth it.

It was 5:14 pm they closed at 6:00pm that day they lady refused to serve me because "they are closed" no she was being lazy trying to level early

I ordered for delivery from Cinnabon at Arrowhead Town Centre in Glendale, AZ. They delivered the wrong order via Door Dash. When I called to report the wrong order, I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to contact Door Dash. I ordered directly through Cinnabon, not Door Dash, so I asked them to deliver the correct order. I was told they could not do this, so I asked for a refund of my order plus, of course, the tip that I was kind enough to agree to ahead of time. After way too long for the "manager?" trying to contact the owner to refund my order or get it here, I am writing this to warn others about the unaccountability of this business. Update: I waited two days so I would not leave a bad review without "counting to ten". I was contacted by the manager with a message from the owner stating he would refund my money, but it would take seven days. I was not pleased with that since my money was taken from my account immediately upon placing my order. The owner then said he would place an "urgent" refund of my purchase. Well, here it is two days later, and the urgency was not realized. Still no refund. I don't know when or if I will see my money, but felt it may be a help to others to know not to trust this establishment.

I want to give a big shout out to the young lady and the manager working in the afternoon on 9/12. One of their names was Kiana and I apologize because I’m not sure if she was the employee or the manager. I had ordered Uber Eats and only half of my order was delivered. I called the Uber driver and he didn’t offer to get the rest of my order, but blamed the employees at Cinnabon. I called Cinnabon and had the best service! She was super professional and helpful as she worked with the manager on a solution. I asked if my card could be refunded and they advised me yes when they could have said I need to take it up with Uber Eats. The employee and manager then advised they would call Uber Eats and get it taken care of. I then received a voicemail letting me know that my card will be refunded. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND and I am so appreciative. Thank you so much!

Cinnabon in the Arrowhead Mall was so so very disappointing. I have been addicted to Cinnabon for many many years. I haven't had one for 2 years so I finally ordered some through DoorDash and they were no different than an average store bought cinnamon roll. I paid $5.49 each and I will never buy another one ever again from Cinnabon. This review is going on Facebook, Nextdoor and anything else I can find. Cinnabon should be ashamed for changing their cinnamon rolls.
