Terrible service and no accountability! Onion rings FULL of flour - actually poured it out on the table. The server and the manager told us it’s a known issue from their supplier - shamrock- but they still serve them. Did not offer to reduce the bill or take that part off. When asked they had to ask a manger, $5 off. Seriously not even a sorry really. We used to go several times a month for four years now- won’t be back. This place is a joke. Jack is such a bad manager. We went to to a family gathering and I can and say at the bar since 5pm. I asked the hostess at that I had a party off 8th at would arrive at 6pm. She stated no problem. My party arrives and they tell us it will be 20 minutes. No worries. We wait 30 minutes. Worst experience ever at Scottsdale location. They served me a completely melted milkshake so I asked for a new one. I waited over 30 minutes and didn’t get a new one. The waitress could have cared less. When a manager or person from the bar, he didn’t identify himself, asked me if I didn’t care for the drink.
