This place has the hands down BEST BURGERS in phoenix. You have to try the peanut butter and jelly burger if you like things with a twist!

burger came out a mess, not stacked. It was falling all over the place. Cheese used was that liquid pumpy cheese used on cheap nachos. The burger tasted clearly freezer burnt. The beer was on warmer side with a very large head. Staff was dressed like a Hooters / TwinPeaks employee with a lip injection. Asking if everything ok at inappropriate times, never offering even a glass of ice water. Literally had to wait and ask for everything. I would not go back and not an appropriate setting for children/family dining.

This place had great food and the atmosphere was nice. I had the teriyaki burger with sweet potato fries. The waitress was also very professional and showed great customer service.

This is our second trip here in hopes that the first was just a fluke. Turns out, this place has some serious kitchen and staffing issues. And I know that is something going around in the restaurant industry these days, but our experience was pretty bad. We are generally very forgiving but had to express our disappointment given this was the 2nd time we have been let down. After being seated immediately upon walking in and making our food order within 5 minutes, it took an additional 55 minutes before we even got our food. No appetizers, and the drinks took so long I got my beer after I was already halfway done with my burger. The food was very good, burger was cooked properly and fries were outstanding, but having to wait, for a second time, almost an hour to get our food after ordering has completely turned us off from ever returning. The waitress was all over the place and couldn't seem to honor a few simple requests for a ranch cup and additional silverware. There were also many, not just 1 or 2, but MANY flies bothering us at our table indoors. It is very annoying and not something you come to an indoor dining establishment and expect to deal with. Although the food was good, it was not worth the wait, and we won't be returning. Err on the side of caution when considering this establishment.

The burgers are phenomenal! They’re really big and their homemade chips are amazing! My youngest ordered Mac and cheese and it was homemade cheese! Absolutely delicious! I’d recommend to bring your whole family here! Very good! I’m definitely coming back.

Went to dinner with my family. I am grateful for the waitress change as the 1st one seemed ready to go home. The next one who took over for her deserved the large tip as she made us feel welcomed. As an 🇺🇲🇲🇽 we get a lot of rudeness so she was refreshing and kind. Being a true blue American born bloodline, it's always great to go to a place where you can enjoy and eat amazing food. They do not disappoint, and my favorite is the PB&J sliders, cheeseburgers, and the pretzel with their cheese is the best in AZ. Their french fries sealed the deal, and we left very full with happy tummies. I so recommend going in and taking advantage of their happy hour deals and cold drinks. Thank you, CBC, for being that place we can go and have a great time. Thanks to our waitress who set the bar and took wonderful care of us all. See you all again very soon. 😋💪🏾🇺🇲🇲🇽🏳️‍🌈❤️‍🔥🙌🏽🥳😍❣️😎

This place is a joke. Jack is such a bad manager. We went to to a family gathering and I can and say at the bar since 5pm. I asked the hostess at that I had a party off 8th at would arrive at 6pm. She stated no problem. My party arrives and they tell us it will be 20 minutes. No worries. We wait 30 minutes. I asked the hostess when our table will be ready she stated that they were busy and they would be another 30 minutes. I said no worries. 7comes along and no table. I ask for a manager his names Jack. He was very apologetic and said it will be 15-29 minutes. I said no worries. The gentleman that was sitting next to us said you should sit over there and so we moved. The manager Jack comes to our table and said yall need to get up and was very rude and stated yall need to get up you are not going to sit yourselves. We tried to explain that at the bar they said to sit He said yall need to leave. Never at anytime did he say I am sorry you cannot sit there let me get you another table. He was very aggressive. He pointed his finger in my kids & wife’s face. My daughter told him to remove his finger from in front of her face and became very angry and aggressive. He yelled at us and said “I’m calling the police You need to leave.” I have never seen a manager as aggressive and bed when it comes to customer service I will never come to this place. He does not need to be in management’ and needs to go to school in customer service. I am in the customer service business and I would never approach my customers in that fashion. Jack is the epitome of what not to do as a manager of a food establishment.
