I came in last night And a employee named isa helped me. She was very rude rolled her eyes when i asked her question, she wasn’t dressed properly She was in a crop top. She had an attitude the whole time. I wont be coming back. Management need to talk to her and make sure she’s in appropriate clothing. Very disappointed.

Isabella is the best and has exceptional customer service and taste in ice cream. Hands down the best coldstone employee I’ve ever crossed paths with.

Mackie and Mia are so sweet. 10/10 recommend.

This place is very nasty people work here. They are very rude. They don’t take care of their hair. Here is all over the place even on my ice cream. I really never ever gonna come this place again and they don’t mix well the ice cream you can see this picture.

They are very rude and it is not clean all the people work here they touch their face. They have long hair even they can’t see what they do. They do not have any hat. they don’t mix the ice cream well and honestly, I really didn’t like it. Specially it’s not clean. I was going to talk to somebody and there is no manager no supervisor. Please don’t waste your money never ever come here..

Anytime a place doesn’t accept all cash bills I give a one star. Service was good but I won’t come back because I won’t support a company that wants people to put things on cards.

Worst customer service and only 1 piece of strawberry and blueberry in my ice cream

Great place for some ice cream after walking around Westgate. Plenty of flavors to choose from. The two that were working were friendly. I don't understand why there are no stools to sit along the counters. When it's hot outside, you don't want to eat your ice cream in the heat. We ended up eating our ice creams at the coffee place because we could sit inside there.

Customer service is poor. Would not recommend this location. Associates were just in there horsing around.

I got a Mine to go container of ice cream, 2 different flavors. They said could mix them or do them side by side. I said side by side. I asked for a mix in of cookie dough and both employees said I could only get a mix on on the side or if both ice creams are mixed together. I have been coming to coldstone for as long as I can remember and always getting 2 flavors, side by side with cookie dough mix in..never had I once had to leave the store with my mix ins on the side because the employees refused to mix them in. So disappointed.

I want the young man named Jose to be acknowledged. I came in and it was very busy. Jose had amazing customer service. It’s very late and busy at this time at Westgate. He made the process great smooth

Excellent service n fast n helpful

Stopped by for a quick dessert. I love how you choose your ice cream then they smash it up with your choice of candy or some kind of topping. Good size portion and it hits the spot.

Employees were so rude. Walked in and the young man groaned and rolled his eyes. Didn’t say hi or greet us at all and stayed staring at us until I said hello and ordered. While still in there they turned the lights off while 5 other customers were still in the building. Terrible service will not return.

Great service, super friendly. My favorite location.
