Anytime a place doesn’t accept all cash bills I give a one star. Service was good but I won’t come back because I won’t support a company that wants people to put things on cards.

Worst customer service and only 1 piece of strawberry and blueberry in my ice cream

Great place for some ice cream after walking around Westgate. Plenty of flavors to choose from. The two that were working were friendly. I don't understand why there are no stools to sit along the counters. When it's hot outside, you don't want to eat your ice cream in the heat. We ended up eating our ice creams at the coffee place because we could sit inside there.

Customer service is poor. Would not recommend this location. Associates were just in there horsing around.

I got a Mine to go container of ice cream, 2 different flavors. They said could mix them or do them side by side. I said side by side. I asked for a mix in of cookie dough and both employees said I could only get a mix on on the side or if both ice creams are mixed together. I have been coming to coldstone for as long as I can remember and always getting 2 flavors, side by side with cookie dough mix in..never had I once had to leave the store with my mix ins on the side because the employees refused to mix them in. So disappointed.

I want the young man named Jose to be acknowledged. I came in and it was very busy. Jose had amazing customer service. It’s very late and busy at this time at Westgate. He made the process great smooth

Excellent service n fast n helpful

Stopped by for a quick dessert. I love how you choose your ice cream then they smash it up with your choice of candy or some kind of topping. Good size portion and it hits the spot.

Employees were so rude. Walked in and the young man groaned and rolled his eyes. Didn’t say hi or greet us at all and stayed staring at us until I said hello and ordered. While still in there they turned the lights off while 5 other customers were still in the building. Terrible service will not return.

**SHOULD BE CALLED LOVE STONE NOT COLD STONE** This cold stone might as well be labeled as a MAKEOUT CLUB due to the fact that it is apparently totally okay for the employees to MAKE OUT with the customers!! I came in with my son this past Saturday (the 18th) and as we were waiting in line a short blonde employee with glasses began making out with a male customer who was kneeled over by the mobile order area. Not only is this type of behavior DISCUSTING but TOTALLY UNEXEPTABLE, or, maybe not considering this isn't the first time this has happened!!! After getting home and informing my wife of what had happened, she told me she TOO went in a few days ago and saw the SAME employee making out with a customer. My family will NEVER be returing to this establishment again!

I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery for the first time and decided to try their "Our Strawberry Blonde" in a medium cup. The combination of strawberry ice cream with graham cracker pie crust, fresh strawberries, caramel, and whipped topping was nothing short of heavenly. Each spoonful was a delightful mix of creamy sweetness and textural variety, with the graham cracker adding a satisfying crunch to the velvety ice cream. I definitely got my money's worth—every bite felt indulgent and satisfying!

The ambiance of the shop was warm and inviting, with bright, cheerful colors and the irresistible aroma of fresh waffle cones filling the air. It was clean, well-lit, and perfect for enjoying a casual treat. I also enjoyed watching the staff expertly mix my ice cream on the signature cold stone—it added a fun, interactive element to the experience.

The service was fantastic. The staff was friendly and patient, taking the time to explain the menu and answer my questions since I was new to Cold Stone. Despite the shop being a bit busy, the line moved quickly, and my order was prepared with care.

Overall, my first visit to Cold Stone Creamery was a sweet success! The delicious ice cream, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service make it a place I’ll definitely return to. Highly recommend giving "Our Strawberry Blonde" a try if you're a fan of fruity, indulgent flavors!

Poor customer service. They get upset when they get the order wrong. Find a better location. Not worth dealing with the nonsense or the attitude from the worker.

My husband and I walked in as new customers not knowing how any works or the prices. The two employees at that time would not take their eyes off of us which made it super uncomfortable to read prices and decide on our order. We felt like we needed to hurry up and order so we just ordered whatever came to mind. We didnt appreciate the demeanor. Will not return.

This place is ALWAYS busy and the line is ridiculous. Young people working here take their time making orders. They only ever have 1 light on inside the building so its super dark. Outside patio is always littered with trash. Avoid coming here and drive to a different location
