Cold Stone Creamery

I love cold stone but do not ever order it on DoorDash or any other delivery platform, we’ve tried 3 times the past several months to order it and every single time our order very very messed up. Sometimes it’s just plain ice cream (wrong kind of ice cream) with no mix ins and the refund will never be enough to order a new one so it’s not worth it.

The service at this Cold Stone was outstanding. My son recently got his tonsils removed and wanted ice cream. The staff was super friendly and understanding. They made my son feel better. Such a nice place to stop for a cold treat.

I mean, the ice cream is good but like the service is very horrible we walked in and there’s no dress code? And I told the lady I had to pick up order and she didn’t say anything. She completely ignored me. we waited for at least five minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence. Music was extremely loud and was cursing. Very unprofessional, obviously manager wasn’t working today

The 3 young ladies that were working tonight were very friendly. It was a pleasure visiting with them.

The manager was very nice, professional, and made up for the honest mistake her worker made the night before. Also, huge commencement for handling it all solo today with a line of customers smiling away!

Ice cream is good…service is awful at this location. There is one guy worker who always has his AirPods in and gets orders wrong. I’m not joking when I say it seems like he does what he wants and doesn’t even read online orders. Like he’s intentionally trying to be that bad at serving ice cream. Female workers aren’t a problem, I just feel bad when the guy is around because he literally does nothing while they do all the work. This location definitely needs a hard reset with its staff….hope the owner of this shop sees the consistent complaints/reviews.

Ice cream is usually pretty good, but they NEVER have good service yet their workers seem to just be standing around.

I mean- the ice cream is the ice cream, and that is okay. The service at this location is so bad. Every time I have tried they get the order wrong and I have to ask to get it fixed. This is both in person and with the online order ahead feature. It is so frustrating that they cannot figure out how to do signature creations....and on a mobile order it should be easy to do. UGH!

Good ice cream. I wanted to give a special shout out to Payton. The is great at customer service. Very friendly and helpful. The other two employees were busy doing other things and she jumped in and took and made my order.

We came in 20 minutes before closing and they started talking to us about how they need to close. They were very annoyed, cold hearted, straight faced, and rushing us. Right at nine they turned off all the lights and locked the door which is fine… however… a old man came to pick up his online order and they refused to open the door.. He had to wave the phone in the air and press it against the glass showing the order. One of the two girls then proceeded to barely slip the order through the door, not say a word to the man, close it and lock it again. Service was HORRIBLE. And they clearly have no dress code as well.. Their ice-cream also tastes starchy. wouldn’t even come back to this location if I got gifted a gift card which is really sad since it’s so close to me. Disappointed in the character of the employees. They need to be retrained, this was not my first time here with bad service as well.

For everyone experiencing issues with this location feel free to make a trip to the happy valley location where they will get you right everytime. The staff is well trained and their customer service skills are top notch. They have excellent employees and even more exceptional managers. Get. There. Now!
