We came in 20 minutes before closing and they started talking to us about how they need to close. They were very annoyed, cold hearted, straight faced, and rushing us. Right at nine they turned off all the lights and locked the door which is fine… however… a old man came to pick up his online order and they refused to open the door.. He had to wave the phone in the air and press it against the glass showing the order. One of the two girls then proceeded to barely slip the order through the door, not say a word to the man, close it and lock it again. Service was HORRIBLE. And they clearly have no dress code as well.. Their ice-cream also tastes starchy. wouldn’t even come back to this location if I got gifted a gift card which is really sad since it’s so close to me. Disappointed in the character of the employees. They need to be retrained, this was not my first time here with bad service as well.

For everyone experiencing issues with this location feel free to make a trip to the happy valley location where they will get you right everytime. The staff is well trained and their customer service skills are top notch. They have excellent employees and even more exceptional managers. Get. There. Now!

This is the second time in three weeks I ordered delivery and I received an incorrect order. Today I go back and have them redo my order and they give me the wrong item, bye the way a signature item from the menu with two extra toppings. I really don’t understand how a business can be run by 9 year olds. Maybe the owners need to be there to train their staff.

Came at 8:54pm. Over an hour before closing.Cashier Peyton H. rang me out. I was the only customer in the store.I don’t come here often. She asked about phone number for rewards. I told her “No hold on, let me see if I have the app”.Peyton proceeds to rush the transaction and immediately decline rewards?? Within 30 seconds I have the app opened and say “oh I do have rewards, how does it work??” She states “it was by phone number and since you declined you can’t receive them anymore” ??I asked if transaction could be voided and restarted to get rewards. Again, I’m the only customer here. She said “We can’t do that”. Again, I haven’t even given her payment yet.Obviously any transaction can be voided and restarted at any store, but Peyton chose to be petty, rude, and rush me out. I lost about $2 in rewards. I also had to ask for items to be bagged. She tried walking away with attitude after cashing me out without bagging?? For no reason?? I didn’t even scream or yell or act rude. I was just in confusion over this whole ordeal.Since Peyton decided to be petty and not spend an extra 30 seconds to help me, I will return the favor with this one star review.Retrain your staff. Little details make the biggest difference in business operations. I would be very embarrassed if my team acted like this.Edit: Good for you trying to support your employees. I do the same for mine. Very admirable. However, you can restart/ void a transaction at anytime. Which is what she should have done. I even asked for it, and she refused. There was no reason for that. You don’t need new software to void a transaction.Take accountability, don’t twist around words to avoid the issue. Do better for the next customer.

This is the second place I've ever placed a Too Good To Go order, and I am so glad I did! There was a bit of a wait because there were a bunch of customers and only 2 people working, but they got all the people using that app their orders fast! For $4 total they gave us a small cup and a medium cup of chocolate brownie ice cream. It was pretty tasty! Would definitely do another too good to go order from here again.

I had a bad experience yesterday dealing with unprofessional and rude owner/manager.I placed an order online thru the app and i ordered a large sized Berry Berry with chocolate dipped waffle bowl and when I got there the young lady forgot about the waffle bowl so I reminded her only to hear him yelling at her and he denied me the chocolate dipped waffle bowl saying I only ordered a regular waffle bowl...and when I asked him why he started shaking his head and I said well it's ok I will be ok with that ....so I was extremely unhappy ?By the way this is for the location at the arrow head ( Bell / 83d)

Rude workers and a toxic environment. People weren't kidding in these 1 star reviews! :/ Get your ice cream at another place if you can!

I used the app tonight to order one of the specialty ice creams that included toppings, and even paid extra for additional toppings. I got home and there was absolutely nothing in the ice cream. Really disappointing as it seems like a complete lack of effort.

I am not one to ever complain but this photo says it all- this is an employee sitting with her feet on the counter where food is prepared and served! Very unsanitary. She also has her phone in her hand which is so unprofessional in the workplace. I will say that the ice cream (as always) was delicious but man I don't think I'll go back this location knowing health codes and professionalism isn't respected. So bummed

Confused, lackadaisical young staff. Didn't really seem to care about the customer. They didn't know my order although I had read it word for word off their menu. They do give you a heaping amount. The place could be a lot cleaner.

This is our second time here in a month. The first time I asked for their allergen list because I'm Celiac and the two very young girls behind the counter said nothing was gluten free. I told them that's not correct but I'll just look online. They went to the back and got the girl in charge who looked just as young and angry as the other two. I informed her I looked online and told her what I wanted and that I have Celiac so could she use new spoons and a container to mix and not on the counter. She seemed very familiar with that process and went in the back for the fresh ice cream and mixed it correctly but added the wrong topping. I informed her of that but she claimed I made the mistake. Not one smile came from these girls. We just left there after our second visit and the same two girls were there. It was very busy and not once did they smile or greet anyone. My father-in-law tried to joke with one about building muscles from all that scooping and mixing, the girl didn't even look up or respond. I honestly have NO clue why these girls are employed here when they so clearly hate their job! They used to have great service and staff and now the experience is so unsettling that we will be going to Baskin Robbins from now on. I really hope management does something.

High school kids who were more concerned with their phones than helping customers. Dropping F-bombs with rude attitudes! I got a Regular that was half full with mix-ins that were left on the cold stone. Extremely disappointing with you pay $9 for ice cream...
