Cute little mom and Pop shop, didn't try the oatmeal cookies, husband did and love them. I had a sugar-free treat that hit the spot and was glad that they had gluten-free sugar-free options. I also had a hot drink and I can't remember what it was but that also hit the spot chili Phoenix evening. I would highly recommend for a sweet treat in a nostalgic setting.

As a lover for small, mom& pop coffee shops, I wanted to give coyote oaties a try I've been here a couple times, all with different experiences. My first time the coffee was way too sweet, I noticed they don't measure their syrup and just pour it in, making every drink inconsistent and different. I wanted to give it another opportunity & try to ask for my drink basic & half sweet. Unfortunately I will not be able to let you know how the drink was due to the elderly women being so rude to me I had to walk out holding my tears. *I was very polite and repeated my order to her two times, I ordered a 16oz drink in a 24 oz with extra ice. ( in my experience I just prefer colder drinks.) The women made ongoing condescending comments to me like " you just don't want to pay for the 24oz ". Save your $$ and just go to homage or black sheep down the street.

A special place to get a simple, but delicious, sandwich lunch for an excellent price.

This place is great. The prices on their coffee and pastries are reasonable and they have great cold brew. The attached mercantile is a fun shop to meander through and also has very reasonable prices.

We were in the neighborhood for Glendale Glitters and stopped in here to grab a snack and listen to live music. I had a cranberry pecan cookie and even the kids liked it. The peanut butter cookie was like a dream. The live music was so good, we would have stayed longer but for the kids!

Visited today which is a Saturday at 1pm and so many of the most popular varieties were already sold out with empty plates under the display window. Went back 1.5 hours later to see if they had been replenished..nope. In fact, customer service lacked and I wasn't even so much acknowledged with a "hello." Very disappointing. You need to have your most popular cookies ready for sale and not assume everyone is into dark chocolate options.

Great place and amazing sweets but the young man working the front has horrible customer service.

Where to begin. Headed over to Glendale Glitters for what I thought was going to be an enormous 30th anniversary celebration… sadly it looked like a ghost town. What was once a bustling little area full of people and beautiful lights was nothing but a joke… which brings me to my actual review of Coyote Oaties. My husband and I stumbled upon this cute little shop four years ago and the line was out the door.. this year, sadly, with the lack of city funding for Glendale glitters the clientele just wasn’t there. It’s shops like these that keep this historic neighborhood magical and we have to do everything we can to shop local and support small businesses. The atmosphere was very cozy, Hallmark feels were definitely felt. The cookies were amazing as always and the customer service was unmatched. Love walking into stores where you feel like family. When you’re in the area PLEASE do yourself a favor and stop by here for some delicious food and holiday joy.
