I want to give a huge shout-out to Harmony, the Cracker Barrel District Manager, for truly saving my Thanksgiving. I went through the drive-through to pick up my order only to realize—on Thanksgiving Day—that I had never actually placed it. Without hesitation, Harmony jumped into action. She personally put together the full meal for four people right there in the makeshift drive-through, and even made it easy for me to pay on my phone.

What stood out the most was the attitude of Harmony and the team. There was no blame, no frustration—just kindness, grace, and a genuine desire to help. They didn’t make me feel bad for the mix-up; they simply fixed the problem, and they did it with outstanding service.

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am. Harmony and her team literally saved my Thanksgiving, and I’m incredibly appreciative of their professionalism and compassion.

The waitress was overwhelmed even though the restaurant was slow and messed up iur order the food this trip was kind of not up to cracker barrel standards

I have not had a bad experience at this Cracker Barrel location!! Went on a mother daughter lunch date with my mom and it was so great!! The food was delicious and we had great conversation!! It's definitely a great place for some quality time :)

Love their breakfasts. However, their hashbrown casserole is not very good. This is the only restaurant that I know of that serves salt cured country ham.
I feel that the price of the breakfast is a little steep. $36.00 for 2 breakfasts with no drinks. The service was good but the kitchen was slow. They have very pretty things in their store. The store offers seasonal items. It also carries hard to find, old fashion candy. It has good smelling soap and hand cream.

Waitress brought wrong order. She insist that I ordered bacon, however, I never order bacon. I did order my eggs scrambled and never received my eggs. She was trying to be kind and play it off. She did offer to correct the order but I did not want to make a big deal out of it. My husband took the side order of bacon. I finished my pancakes and orange juice and we were ready to go.

Lines were too long. Serviss took too long. Food was called. Bad experience need better management.

1st time eating here at Cracker Barrel and I have to say the theme, service and specially the food were all GREAT. The pancakes actually reminded me of when my grandma use to make them. No one has come close. It took me down memory lane.
