Went today 4/6/24 around 3pm. We’ve been customers here for many years. Back when Mike would cook himself and sing while doing so. Today we paid $39 for 24 wings of which only 5 were flats!!!!! From now on I will check my order before we leave and kindly ask for a refund if the order isn’t prepared properly.

????????????????????????????????????????TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service with this establishment. I traveled about 15 miles to this place because it was recommended to me for some good wings. I got there a little after they opened around 11:15am. I was the only person in the restaurant and from the glare coming in the windows as well as their menu turned to face in a different direction, I stepped over to see what I was going to order. I looked up and there was a line of about 10 Hispanic workers forming on a lunch break. I don't know if it was my Trump hat or the American flag on my shirt, but instead of asking me if I was ready to order, the young guy behind the counter started taking the orders from this line of workers. I stepped behind the workers, which was out the door and decided I'd wait. As each person was placing separate orders, I saw the lady cooking or whatever she was doing behind the counter, go to register and say something to the kid and point at me, (Assuming, letting him know that I was there first, although he saw me looking at the menu when the place was empty). He said something in Spanish and waved her off and continued to take their orders.Seeing that, I turned and walked off to my motorcycle and rode off.I couldn't tell you if it was something he saw about me or just very poor customer service, but I can tell you that they will never get any of my American money. I felt some kind of way and wanted to say something, but knowing my attitude, I thought twice about it and made the decision to just leave. This place should be boycotted until they learn to hire people with respect and proper customer service. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone!!!

Ya'll already know this place is a 5 star and I would give it 10 if I could! The wings are jumbo and cooked to perfection ??! And the Fries are crisp and they serve Kool-aid Ya'll! You can't go wrong at Crazy Mike's! And the customer service is top-notch!
Jairo was so pleasant! He greeted us with a warm smile and even gave us a complimentary drink with our order. Overall, the atmosphere had good energy and the wings are great!

My son and I came here so excited to try some wings and the different fry options after looking at some reviews. Hot wings are one of our families favorite things to eat. Unfortunately our experience was awful and we left bummed. When we walked in there was a girl at the counter who just seemed to be in the worst mood. She asked what we wanted and I explained we’d never been here before. She just stood there kind of annoyed and I felt like more of a bother than a customer. I loved that there were so many options of wing flavors and fries as well. We decided to order the hot buffalo traditional meal with Cajun fries and also a dry rub traditional wing meal with the spicy lemon pepper wings. We were given our cups, asked our names and waited. There was one other couple in the restaurant also waiting for their food. The location was clean and there were quite a few tables to choose from as well as a smaller table outside. There was a small area to pick up some ketchup and even wet wipes provided which was nice. Each table also had a roll of paper towels. Our food took quite a while to come out and once it did we dug in. The Cajun fries were phenomenal. They were crispy, full of flavor and we really enjoyed them., the buffalo wings were almost inedible. Barely any meat on them, over fried and so dry. To make it worse they were so over sauced and it felt like it was to cover up how over fried they were. We then moved on to the spicy seasoned fries and lemon pepper wings. The spicy fries were ok, but I definitely preferred the Cajun.,-As for the lemon pepper wings; while cooked better and a bit more juicy , my first bite was so full of dry rub and almost spit it out. It was so coated that I couldn’t enjoy it. I looked at my son who seemed to be having the same reaction. At that point we both stopped eating and decided we were done. Their fountain drink selection was pretty good and included both soda and kool aid options to choose from. The price was quite expensive to me compared to where we typically get our wings from. When leaving I will say a man from the back greeted us and thanked us for coming. He was very friendly and I wished that was the reaction we had gotten when we arrived. The girl at the counter was so rude and miserable. Unfortunately we left very bummed and hungry. After $30 in food I’d hoped for better. Not sure if this was a VERY off day or what, but I think this was a one and done for me.Parking: Plenty of parking and easy access to and from the Main Street.

Some of the best wings I've had since moving to the valley! I ordered the hot Buffalo, Korean hot sweet chili and the spices fries. Definitely ordering from Mikes again. Quality big wings, amazing sauces. Worth every penny. Can tell Everything was made with love.
Nice big wings cooked as ordered and sauces were tasty. The seasoned fries had a tang I've not had elsewhere and were so good! Definitely recommend.
