Burger wasn't seasoned well. Onion rings on my western burger were rock hard. Waffle fries were over cooked. Staff was great, burgers were mid at best. Was charged $1.50 to add lettuce and onion on my burger, who does that!?

Definitely would not go back. Was given attitude when asking for an extra side (we offered to pay). Waiter was rude and didn't offer to refill drinks. Food was cold but waiter refused to do anything about it.

The description of the place lead us astray. Lots of beer on tap, not so much. Very little AZ based beers, lots of them out, and not a huge selection. Food was not good! Old oil taste and the Reuben used frozen shredded beef, not corned beef. The menus are old and outdated, listing items no longer available. Even the waiters/waitresses had no idea. Will not be returning to this place.

There peanut butter lucy burger is the best burger by far. I like to get there beer sampler and try what's on tap as it is always changing with new brews. They usually have at least one sour on tap. If I had to complain is that there beer menu is not always up to date and need to ask whats new. Servers are very knowledgeable and give great recommendations.

Drink menu had a great selection and the prices were amazing.
The food was another story. I had the French dip and it was super tough and chewy. The steak was cut way too think for the sandwich. Lacked a lot of flavor. The parm garlic fries (very small amount came as the side) was just huge chunks of rough chopped garlic and parm cheese tossed on top.
May go back to drink but would not eat there again.

This place has the best burgers and the price is great. Neisha was wonderful making suggestions about the menu and getting our food to us in a timely manner. Great food!
The food was excellent!! I had the California Lucy burger and upgraded from fries to Jumbo Tater Tots with an ice-cold beer. Everyone was nice, but service could have been a little better. Thanks to Cynthia, she jumped in and helped me with food choice selection, and she was great at explaining the food ingredients and also getting a beer for me. I will be back to try the spicier Lucy burger.

Extremely long wait time... had to wait almost 5 minutes to be seated because the conversation between waitstaff was more important. Seated for about 10 mins before waiter approached with a drink order. Food was good, but not worth the experience.

We had our dog with us so we sat out on the patio. It wasn't busy indoors, but our server couldn't see us from where he was at and so he forgot about us a couple times and we had to go search someone down for more water or napkins. Then our food came out cold. The server never came back to check on us after it was delivered so we waited around for a bit, and then hunted him down once more to pay the bill and leave. Normally we tip well, but we didnt this time. Not sure if it was just a bad day or time to go, but we won't be back unfortunately. The indoor seating area looked nice, so maybe try going without a dog and see if that makes the difference.
