Update, I contacted them the day after they requested and never got a response back. Sucks because I really liked this place.Ordered boneless wings and they came so soggy the breading was mush and falling off and so salty it was completely inedible. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. The bad part is I've had them before and they were amazing. Someone dropped the ball tonight and it's unacceptable. Your closing staff needs retraining. Lazyness loses customers.

Love this restaurant! I live local and do not stay at hotel, i still come visit and dine here so often the staff knows me and my family! We are always greeted with a smile and welcomed in. My kids love the chicken tenders, they are so big and meaty always cooked perfectly. I have had the chicken tacos, the chicken is never dry and so full of flavor. The salmon bowl is another favorite of mine! The atmosphere here is so fun, with old school pin ball machines, and other assorted games. We love going here and highly recommend to anyone visiting out of town or in the area to check it out!

Extremely disappointing. Service was horrible, food was even more terrible and the beer was gross. The only upside was the cheese curds. The nachos were literally chips with shredded lettuce. Not recommending this place at all.

Visited after a Dodgers Spring Training evening game because they advertised having "juicy lucys" and being open until 1030 pm. Arrived at 940 pm and were told the kitchen closes in 10 minutes, so we were happy. Perhaps the kitchen staff was not. Ordered two different juicys....definitely the worst we ever had. Burgers had a little cheese over top, but the pocket inside was there and was completely dry. Wasn't even an attempt to stuff with cheese, apparently. Way overcooked. I get and like the Minnesota connection at this location, but you may as well change the name of these burgers to hockey pucks. Staff was pleasant enough, though my iced tea glass was never refilled.Very disappointed and will probably avoid this chain in Minnesota as well because of it.

First time visit and was not disappointed. Great service and tasty burger. Highly recommend the Stars and Stripes burger. Just the right amount of toppings to make it very favorable.

Don't be deterred that this place is in a hotel, it is worth checking out. The menu isn't huge, which I like, and has a great variety. The beers on tap are a great selection and I found a new favorite. Remember when potato skins were the cool appetizer? The Totchos should now be considered the cool appetizer. I went with the recommended fish tacos and they were impossible to put down. He went with the Pepper Jack Lucy, which was the monthly special ($7.99). After dinner we played some pinball and that was a lot of fun, we'll bring quarters next time! They have great specials each day so definitely come in when you get a chance.

This was our first visit and we didn't know it was a restaurant inside a hotel. It was a really cool place!!It had tvs for watching sports and it even had a couple of Pinball Machines!!The atmosphere was great as well as the food and service. It wasn't overly crowded or loud, which I really liked.

Decent food not so decent service. Could be an awesome place but very disorganized as far as service.

Nothing To Say S.

The service is slooooow. The servers are nice but this establishment needs a lot of work. It's a sports bar so we make it our last stop to catch Sunday night's game. Have dinner and cocktails. We asked three times to have the game turned on. There were other people that said they have asked a number of times but to no avail. BTW all the beer in the beer flight was flat. They really need help. So we packed it up and headed over to Bar Louie where the game was on and the service was fantastic.

Crooked Pint Ale House is located inside/attached to the Holiday Inn Glendale - Stadium & Ent District hotel, which is located on N 99th Ave between Cardinals Way and W Maryland Ave. Read my review on the hotel if you’re curious ?Every one of the staff I interacted with was great! I stayed at the hotel with a group that was part of a hockey team. Every night a lot of the parents migrated to the Crooked Pint Ale House to have a few drinks. The staff was very attentive and did a great job tending to the crowd. They even stayed open a little later than the posted hours, which everone appreciated. They have a really good selection of beers on draft in addition a slection of hard alcohol. If you’re a local, stop on in and give ‘em a try. If you’re visiting the area and are looking for a bite to eat and a few drinks but don’t want to fight with the mall traffic, drive on over the freeway to the Crooked Pint Ale House!I’ll stop in the next time I’m in the Glendale area!Parking: Plenty of parking spots around the hotel.

Stopped in for football Sunday and sat at the bar. The bartender was knowledgeable and friendly. He made a great bloody Mary! We ordered off the football specials menu. The sweet potato bombs were ok, expected more flavor as they were to be tossed in seasoning, but there wasn't much flavor beyond sweet potato. We also ordered wings, they accidently made us boneless and were surprised that the were basically chicken strips! Not like most other boneless wings I've seen, pretty good! They did correct the order and also bring us bone in, they were very good! Slight crisp on the outside and juicy inside. Definitely want to return to try the Juicy Lucy options, as well as the walleye.
