They do an extremely good job of keeping the traditional flavors intact – take it from a reviewer of Cuban heritage. Yes there may be quasi or fusion or wannabe Cuban cuisine out there, but keeping it real, probably three as of this writing… and...
Good afternoon. In my opinion I did not like the food, neither I nor my husband were eating shrimp enchilados. The yuca con mojo didn't have mojo or even garlic. And to be very honest, I spent much more than every time I have gone to another restaurant in which I have been satisfied. The service is good because it is fast and the atmosphere still feels like you are in Cuba because we are all Cubans. I recommend it if you want to go talk to someone at the bar and have two...
Very casual new Cuban restaurant in Glendale. We had the grilled chicken ‘pollo asado’ which came with grilled onions on top was very tasty, moist and piping hot when it got to our table. The ‘congri’ or rice and beans cooked together was made with coconut milk and very tasty. The service was quick and efficient. Really good casual dining. Only disappointment was their lack of fresh juice which is typical of Cuban restaurants but overall we would return.
