Greasy!!!! Run away. Horrible. Covered in so called butter. The bread was flat and soaked in oil. 3 patties. What a laugh. Looked like 1 fat patty put together. Thats why i got 3. Also what happened to the onions? I couldn't really see any. My mother's fish and chips was also Greasy. The fries taste green, not rip also were semi hard. First and last time ill be going. I dont understand why people come here.

I am very disappointed with my visit to Culver’s tonight. I placed my order (ticket #184) at 8:00 PM and never received my food at all. I waited patiently for a long time, but nothing ever came out. Staff did not provide any updates or explanations, and it felt like my order was simply forgotten.
For a restaurant that usually prides itself on service, this was a terrible experience. Leaving hungry after paying for food I never got is unacceptable.
I then proceeded to get out the drive thru line and parked and demanded a refund inside.
The manager on duty then said their was a mix up on my ticket, but was unfriendly and unapologetic.

Sundays and concrete mixers were insanely small. I was pretty disappointed in the output for the price. Quality was medium. I will try to not return.

This has to be the worst Culver's. I've given them multiple chances and it continues to be bad. Sometimes their chicken tenders are the size of nuggets. The coleslaw tastes days old and really sour. They never provide napkins, utensils, and the requested condiments. There's always at least one thing missing or made incorrectly. Asked them to leave out lemons but they put extra instead. This location does not provide the level of excellence all other Culver's does.

Food was great, no issues there. When a worker brought out our food to us, he asked if we needed anything else. I asked for ranch and he hesitated but brought it. My wife asked for additional ranch so I went to that same worker to ask for another ranch cup. He looked me up and down and said I should charge you for this and the other cup but just take it. Very rude expression. I did not know there was a charge, otherwise I would have not asked lol. Not sure what he wanted to gain by begrudgingly offering complimentary sauces, but he notably rubbed off the wrong way. Very weird interaction but other than that, solid location.
We had a quick family dinner here. We were happy with our order. Very clean and great customer service.

My order was wrong, they missed including a few items. Had to drive back and they were very helpful, even remade the curds. However the entrees were not remade, I didn’t pay 40+ dollars for cold stale food. Really unfortunate, I wasn’t going to leave any review because they were so nice about it, but the food was bad. If it’s not fresh just don’t serve or give me refund why waste my time with a terrible dinner. I could have just gone to in n out.
