I had a really disappointing experience with one of the employees — a heavier-set man with shoulder-length hair and blonde facial hair. He was rude and dismissive when I came in regarding an online order. Instead of offering help or even a simple apology, he acted like I was bothering him. Because he was bothered by me questioning where my order was and said I was a liar that I didn’t have an online order. After showing the receipt he then huffed and got snarky under his breath then started making the order. It’s not my fault there was a problem since he dropped the ball and definitely not my fault if he’s unhappy at work. Basic courtesy and respect go a long way — a little kindness would’ve made a big difference. Hopefully, management reminds staff that being polite is part of the job.

We ordered two ice cream cones. For the price you pay, they sure do not fill the cone. The ice cream just comes up the middle of the cone leaving those holes on the outter rim of the cone exposed. Went to another DQ, SCW, same thing. Went to Prescott and got a full cone.

They handed me a blizzard, and said “sorry it’s a little watery” and then said “here I’ll flip this one” and then proceeded to flip a blizzard for another person’s order. Meanwhile I literally got a cup of liquid. I am not sure if they just decided to give me an old blizzard they had lying around, but it was definitely not made fresh. I tried to call back for a refund and the phone number to this location is disconnected.

When at 10pm on Sunday the 6/15/2025; absolutely the filthiest store I've been in. Even the employees (2 males) were dirty; dirty hands, greasy, long hair, clothes with dirt and grime on them. And the state of the service area was gross! The floors were covered in a gray sticky film (you could hear their feet sticking to it as they walked). Ice cream running down the front of the machine and several areas with caked, dried ice cream. The toppings had open lids and toppings running down the front and across the counter space. The employees were handing money and cards and not washing their hands or wearing gloves. I called corporate to report it and they said they would forward to the owner (so I could show them the pics) and I never heard a word back from anyone. We threw away our order as the area was so dirty and nasty we didn't want to risk catching something. Spend a little more and go to Baskin Robbins, it's well worth it.

The management or owner of this location needs to do check ins to see how this place is operating. There is an issue every. single. time. Soft serve machine is broken, only one person on shift, register is broken, mobile orders aren’t going through.
The soft serve machine was apparently down for over an hour tonight but I was still able to place a mobile order. Why wouldn’t they close that option on the app? And then was told I can’t get a refund but can get a “rain check”. This place is honestly a nightmare visit every time

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. I ordered a Snickers Blizzard, but after driving halfway home, I realized they had given me the wrong one, something with Heath or pretzel, which I can’t have due to a gluten allergy. I had already eaten some before noticing, so I had to drive all the way back. They did replace it, but the new Blizzard was just as frustrating. There was barely any Snickers in it, maybe half a teaspoon at most, and the bottom half wasn’t even mixed properly. It was just plain ice cream with no mix-ins. Ive never gotten ice cream I didn't want to eat, and I threw this one away after realizing it was just vanilla ice cream with an hint of snickers. Essentially the Lacroix of a snickers blizzard. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing visit.

We ordered two different blizzards. Both tasted wrong-watered down is the best way I can try to explain it. Haven’t had this issue at other locations.

Not once have I ever had a problem with this location until tonight....My partner went up and got an ice cream and ordered an orange Julius for me and brought it home...I took one spit and immediately spit it out, it was nothing but basically pineapple just it was gross. So I called and I spoke to Jaden, who told me I could either come back up tonight and get a new one made or come by tomorrow. So my partner went back up to have a new one made and calls me with the news of "they are out of the orange Julius" I'm sorry what? In a matter of 5 minutes you just so happen to be out of it? The way this sounds is that they didn't want to remake a product that they screwed up making. Please teach your employees to NOT tell a customer one thing and lie about it when they customer DRIVES all the way back. I'm very disappointed.

We ordered doordash because we weren't feeling well and the manager forgot to put our food in the bag so we called back and she said there's nothing she can do about it unless we order something else have it delivered. She will put the missing item in the bag for us. No, how about you? Just get the food that we already paid for delivered to us. When we asked for a higher up person she said I can have them call you and that they had just left the location and that's why she forgot the food because she was distracted but yet no one has called us back. Horrible service. We just ended up ordering food from somewhere else for our kids.
