When we arrived on Sunday March 3rd at around lunch time, there was only one young lady working behind the counter. Even though she was running around trying to do everything, she maintained a great attitude and was very friendly. She made our order perfectly and quickly. I hope they get their Staffing shortage worked out, but until then, she did a phenomenal job and deserves a big raise!

They have 1 cake option out of all the different cakes you can pre order, this location only has 1! And last time I tried to order they said they needed a weeks notice. How do you need a weeks notice when you only have 1 cake option? I ordered from Baskin Robins down the street.

My husband just came home, he ordered a banana split, my medium blizzard and a box of dilly bars and it was $30, and came home with no dilly bars, and no receipt in the bag! So we can't even prove they ripped us off, THANKS!

I have been patronizing this store for quite a few years. It's not a large restaurant but has ample seating if you wanted to dine in. We don't go here often. Usually for birthday cakes and the occasional treat night. The last 2 times I have come for cake, there were very limited options. Last visit was for the grandson's birthday. I asked if they had any more cakes than the 2 Oreo cakes in the freezer. I wanted the original DQ cake. No, unfortunately not. So I asked if they could call the 67th ave location, the next closest. You would have thought I asked them to commit a crime. Oh no. They aren't affiliated. I was pretty taken aback at the resistance to call another local store. 67th Ave had plenty of cakes and great customer service. It really says a lot about an establishment that isn't willing to work with their colleagues and insufficient inventory.

Ordered 3 treats, was myself and two kiddos. All were delicious, fast & well made. Lobby and tables were clean and well kept
Will NEVER go back to this location!!!!Only have hotdogs. No hamburgers/fries. Though the website says/shows; that they do.The chili & hotdogs are cook- ACTUALLY warmed up in a microwave. I DON'T EVEN DO THAT AT HOME!!!! Chili wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese.There was only ONE person; as nice as he was. Doing: Order Taker, Cashier & Microwave Cooker.Wasn't even asked if I wanted a receipt.Lobby Area- 1 table had a pile of used napkins. There was a CUSTOMER- who was nice enough; to pick the pile up (while waiting his turn in line) and threw them away.GOOD LUCK - finding a clean table. The table tops- didn't look like they had been wiped down.This location was not that busy between 12:30- 1:30. Saw 3 groups of people walk out before ordering. Less than 10 people (including us) ordered and was served some type of food.You would think cleaning the lobby would be on a priority "Of things to do"!!!!!As well as- updating the website!!!!

This place is a mess. Whoever the shift lead is needs to be fired. We walked in at 9:20, only to be met with three workers actively doing nothing and ignoring us for ten minutes. Then they turned the LIGHTS OFF while CUSTOMERS WERE STILL IN THE STORE. They finally took our order at 9:31 and practically ripped the receipt out the machine and snottily handed us our ice cream that took them maybe 30 seconds to make. This place has trashy employees and needs new management.

This dairy Queen is a poor example of the chain, the ice cream is adequate and okay however the food which is very little offered is basically hot dogs, should not be sold here, they use the microwave to heat the chili and the hot dog and it tastes awful. Not just my opinion the friend I was with who treated me to the hot dog there, the dairy Queen's I know are the ones that offer cooked hamburgers cooked food and actually make it well, the owner of this franchise needs to be approached by the company and make changes! Also some of the tables were dirty, there was no mustard packets to get from the self-serve dispenser. The napkin dispenser was empty and there were three employees here in the place was not that busy, seeing this a lot in Phoenix Arizona poor quality work from the workers.

My kids loved it. My chili dogs were good, and their shakes and banana split were enjoyed by my girls. Fountain soda on point too. For sure we'll go back
