Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Manager was rude when asked for kids chocolate milk. She told us she runs shift the way she wants when she’s the manager on shift and she refuses to allow us to order a chocolate milk with our meal. We asked for our payment back and canceled order. When trying to speak with her she took headset off and refused to let customer say any words she yelled over customer not allowing customer to ask why the child wasn’t allowed to have milk we ordered.

I've been to this location a few times recently, usually during the day time. The staff here are fast but they have the worst attitudes I've ever seen. Most recently my order was essentially thrown out the windows at me without a word. They're young, annoying, and unprofessional. Will gladly drive to the LP location to avoid them.

Who can complain about ice cream. The wife and ventured there for blizzards. We tried to order vis their app. It was national ice cream day, and the volumes may have affected it. The counter was not busy and we were taken care of swiftly.

My husband and I like to go to dairy Queen and get blizzards and they are delicious.

While the food was great, all the music is just shuffled country music over and over again which is quite unbearable. It's fast food, so it was nice that the food was ready within 90 seconds.

Parking: Considering it's never that busy, there's always enough parking even with the employees parked.

I ordered a chocolate cherry dipped cone and banana split. The cone was vanilla and I didn’t complain. No need to be wasteful. The banana split was completely melted and there was one partial scoop in the center. I figured it had been sitting for a while. The girl taking the order was rushing and interrupting me. I knew they were busy but this is crazy. I will not go back and I advise people check their items before they leave.

Good Dairy QueenI've Been coming to this location for many years. Overall it's been mostly positive experiences. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly. I mostly come here for the blizzards. They seem to gone up alot in price. But overall it's a good place to eat.***If anyone likes my honest reviews, then please like my post and follow my google account***
