On a hot day nothings better than ice cream or a nice cold drink. After shopping at Tanger we stopped in and picked up a few blizzards for the drive home. We were surprised to have no wait. Service was good and ice cream and tasty as always.

Doors locked at 8 minutes til closing time. Two girls inside laughing at who cares. I don’t understand! They seemed to have no desire to just do the basics and stay open until the time posted. I’m glad I wasn’t expecting “above and beyond”. I’m not blaming the kids cause, let’s face it, that seems to be the norm nowadays. It’s not like the manager is going to read this and take “swift action” to save the company’s name. Honestly, 8 minutes should be plenty of time to get ice cream. But, nobody cares and the people who used to care, don’t. Yet, we’re going to be upset when robots are cheap enough to replace us. We’re doomed!

How do you “only carry vanilla soft serve”?

Came today (2/28/24) around 1ish was about to buy an orange Julius but I asked for a cup of water. Then lady helping me said she had to charge me and my baby cousin which is 3 years old for the water cup. I asked her when did they start charging for water cups and she said they have always done that. Then rudely said it’s not like it’s 115 degrees out and that it’s their cups so they can charge. I was astonished because I’ve never been treated like that before at a dairy queen just because I asked for a water cup. I ended up canceling my order and leaving. I would give zero stars if I could because of her customer service.
