It's fun, which is the whole point. The for and service are acceptable but it's mostly about having fun. It's a little expensive; plan on spending some money.

I went here to play some games and eat some food. The food was not worth the prices at all first of all. Well I ordered the chicken cesar salad with guac, when the waiter brought it out it was drenched in dressing and the chicken was old and dry. I kindly told our waiter if it can be remade. I waited nearly 30 minutes. When they brought it to me it was still covered in dressing but not as bad and the chicken was tender and hot, so it seemed OK to eat. Within 15 of finishing I was completely sick to my stomach, my heart was beating weird I was nauseous and I had to rush home to use the restroom (I was stuck in the restroom all night.) Rewind back to the bill, the waiter said the salad was removed and proceeded to charge us 38 for gratuity, I asked him to remove it because our party was paying the tip individually he agreed. Well he never removed the item or the 38 dollar tip. The service was horrible and the food well I explained how that went. I wholeheartedly believe they put laxative (miralLax) in my food, I am allergic to it and I felt just the same as when I first found out i was allergic to that specific brand.

Amazing place fun for all the family. Has to be one of the best smash burgers I've had to date. No complaints about any of the food. Arcade games were fun but the staff in the redemption centre could be more attentive, pretty scary to our youngest member who was freaked out by all the piercings and death look.

This is by far the worst D&B location I have ever been to. I’ve been to this location 3 or 4 times now and it’s always the same. It was pretty empty for a Sunday. Sat down right away as there were tables available. I then proceeded to wait over 45 minutes for a server to come up to the table. After 45 minutes we gave up on food. Decided to play some games and leave. I would understand if all the employees were busy. But there were employees everywhere just standing around. I saw 3 of them behind the bar talking to the same customer for 10 minutes. Because my experience at other locations has always been far superior, I’m forced to draw the conclusion that management here is terrible and needs to focus a bit more on training.

My wife and I visited on Valentine’s Day to enjoy a few games and decided to sit at the bar. Before doing so, I required assistance with a tax-exempt transaction, as the two young ladies at the counter were unfamiliar with the process. I presented my paperwork and ID, and the manager, Zel, promptly and courteously removed the taxes without hesitation.
Once at the bar, Destiny provided excellent service as our bartender. She was patient, attentive, and never made us feel rushed. Overall, our experience was enjoyable, and we truly appreciated the professionalism and hospitality of both Zel and Destiny.
Games are fun, prizes are good and the vibe is nice. But the employees are pretty bad. Ordered a cheesecake to go and got a destroyed s'mores chocolate instead. It was for my mothers birthday and I was pretty bummed to see it was not the correct order.

We regularly frequent Dave and Busters when we visit AZ, for the games playing pool and just to play around. This is not the first time that the food we got was terrible. We always leave hungry and annoyed because all they show on the TVs is boxing and wrestling, the food is gross and the cocktails were watered down. Hopefully this is a “servers practice ground” for most servers here because they are inattentive, abrupt and suck at waiting tables.

The food has been great, the service is hit or miss. I asked a server if there was a table we could have or if someone could clean a table soy family could sit and let's just say if looks could hurt people I would have been injured by her looks. After waiting 10 minutes by a dirty table we just gave up and went across the street to the red robin instead. Other times it has been fine but never amazing.
