I have never seen this Del Taco dirty or disorganized. I have been to many Del Taco's in California/Arizona and this one is definitely the best. Visited for first time in a long time and kiosks were prominent. I was trying to get free milkshake I got an email about. Staff noticed I was frustrated and offered to help. Gentleman behind counter was very helpful and very pleasant. He helped me with the app on my phone and scanned the QR code to make sure I got the best deal. Customer behind me didn't want to use kiosks and he helped her as well without issue. He was also running the drive thru and was busy, but still...

Pretty terrible. Ordered through the app and put some customizations to the food and every one was ignored. When we get there they tell us no shakes too. Bad experience won't be back for awhile....
