Drive-thru not friendly or helpful

Unless you need a shot of penicillin make sure to check your tortilla, I received a burrito with a big spot of mold on the tortilla. The new one didn't so I think they threw away the other batch of tortillas, hopefully.
Just ordered 2 carne asada street tacos and the meat tasted like actual dog food. Very mushy in structure too. I have been a long time del taco customer, and the meat must have changed at some point... hopefully they make their beef edible for humans again.
If I could give it negative stars I would.. rude employees super slow their drive-thru never works The amount of times I have left without buying any food from this place I am an idiot for even trying

Not the best Del Taco. We went on a Thursday and they were slammed, which is to be expected. The person at the window was sweet, but we waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru. She apologized (not her fault, obviously) but our order was missing food, and the food we did get was cold and very sloppily put together.

Left me sitting in drive through for 15 minutes as they prepared and cooked the food for the vehicles Infront of me but didn't take the time to let me know they "closed an hour early for cleaning" and "I had my headset off" .....the site says 1am I wasted my lunch break in drive thru to be ignored and then insulted with lies!!

Unfortunately the service is understaffed and untrained to handle run a restaurant. Pull up to drive thru and get told to wait. Ok but minutes pass cars are backing up and I hear nothing. I had a online order so I just drove up to window. Only to find out that there are only 2 people working the restaurant. The drive thru lady tells me there are no online orders then runs to the office and pulls the ticket and tells me it's not ready pull up front. I can say without a doubt that someone running the drive thru should not also be running in the kitchen making the food also. The other person was taking orders at the counter and then running back to the kitchen also. I didn't rate the food because I never got it. After waiting in the lot for 15 min I just canceled it and went a different restaurant.

Something is very wrong with your tomato's. Strong taste and smell of perfume. Ruined my apatite for the rest of the meal. Sorry 😐

Didn't acknowledge me for over five minutes standing at the counter and was rude and short with me when asking for condiments (hot sauce) and napkins after seeing the what I believe was the manager out from upon my arrival speaking with a man with obvious stolen items in a back pack attempting to give her a deal if she purchase more than one item from him
