November 20th 2025, this was my first time at this location and I asked for deluxe chilli cheese fries and caramel cheesecake bites... I asked for both to be fresh they made me wait a few minutes and after I got home which is two minutes away my fries were old, hard and barely had anything on it. The cheesecake bites were not fresh. I had to go back and I told the lady more than likely the manager that both items were not fresh in which she proceeds to try and tell me they were and that they make everything fresh.. So she finally goes ill give you the ones that just came up and only remakes the fries and not the cheesecake bites.. I love del taco but this location and their service was a 2 out 5. After getting home and trying the fries they do not taste how they are supposed to.

Oder on line when I got there i went through the drive thru and employee told us there system was down and only accepted cash I told him I paid online then he said pull up then thay had me waiting 15mins in the drive thru then he said to park up front then I waiting 20min more nothing..restaurant was empty it was around 3pm then I got off ... and went inside and dam and all the floor was sticky and then they said sorry is only 2 of us working. Then I was like I guess then 10 mins later they said sorry we don't have hamburger buns.. but I can choose anything I wanted so I got some nachos and burritos then they took another 20mins then, finally, I got the food and when I got home, the food was nasty.Even my kids complain about it.So we just threw the all foods away and my kids sick from your stomach.This is a nastiest restaurant I have ever tried.Never been to del taco, but I wanted to try it since it's down the street big mistake... inside the restaurant floors were sticky Fountain drink machine is dirty And inside restaurant was dusty and it smell.... And employees look like they just got out of prison...

Service is great, food is good, too! Really the closest taste to the old El Taco on Bethany when I was a kid growing up in Glendale, AZ. The tacos and tornados are bomb. Good sweet cream iced coffee, too!

So, your establishment closes at 2am. I pulled up at 1:23AM to order in the drive through. I finally got someone on the speaker after 5 min sitting. She proceeds to tell me that they are only taking mobile orders. I say okay and pull around to place my order because >>2AM closing time<<. I finish adding my items on the app, just for it to tell me that the store is closed. How does that possibly make sense? So I can't order at the speaker or on the app even though you are open????? If I could give 0 stars I would. How do you run your business like this?

Chicken looked like rotten dogwood and smelled the same, very dirty, when cashier didn't understand my English made a mistake I was polite she was not.

I rolled up to the drive thru. The lady says . How can I help you with the most uninviting tone. I say... I need a minute please. Silence. She doesn't say a word back to me. I roll around to the front because I'm like, this is weird. I told her she didn't respond to me and she just looked at me like....what do you want to order?! I was surprised it was an older lady. Maybe she just didn't feel like being there today but I just drove away because she was looking at me like she couldnt care less.. I'm a server at a restaurant and customer service is EVERYTHING to me! I will not spend money with people who act like they don't want it!!!
