I had an horrible experience with an employee named Alex. She has no type of good customer service. Definitely lacks it. I went to corporate about it and the manager was suppose to reach out which didn’t even attempt to apologize. The manager must also lack customer service. Us paying customers are the reason they have jobs in the first place. She’s a joke and management for not reaching out is a joke as well. Get better people!
