Dillon's KC BBQ Arrowhead

I took my dad here for Father's Day. The food was mostly good and the service was great. However, the meat in my taquitos was a bit dry and super spicy. I wasn't expecting it. The restaurant is also super loud and it's hard for my dad to hear. We had fun!

I’m black and was pleasantly surprised by the food. The onion rings are good. I’m from Midwest ( Michigan we don’t play about ranch) the ranch and other onion ring sauce is so good. The crispy chicken is amazing. The baby back ribs amazing. The Mac & cheese big NO. But our server I think her name is Ellie was amazing

Great place for BBQ and love music.

Almost nothing was good bbq. It's a place to go. I think the one by the zoo is better because of the fish tank. Service was amazing though and they were very thorough with the ordering process and making sure people got what they ordered.

The food is always good if course, but the service is the actual best. Have a good waiter makes all the difference.

Food was delicious but the most stand out thing is the sheer amount of food you receive. The brontosaurus ribs will feed me for days!

Only 3.59 scents a server said to us. Not making us aware they charge for refills. As they put 15 bucks of refills on our bill. We locked our cards on a daily to many scammers now in days so our card got declined the server announced it so loud other groups of people looked at us.

Went there to see a band decided to order a slab of baby back ribs. Half of them were like eating beef jerky worst barbecue I’ve ever had. When the waitress picked up our plate, she asked why we had a half slab still there we told her they were tough barely edible. She did nothing. Will stick to just music and maybe a drink next time. Maybe if we go back but not likely to happen. Your staff should be more attentive to customer complaints on food. yelp reviews line up with bad service and bad food. Click on the 1stars all with no management responses. Pretty bad that no one cares.

Great food and great service. Wish to point out their exceptional bar service with a special mention of Kallie behind the bar. There are good bartenders and then there are bartenders who love working with people and helping them have a great time. That’s Kallie. I enjoy her interaction with we the customers.

BBQ was excellent. Service was excellent,
Atmosphere is largely just a sport bar, so nothing special there, but food (BBQ) and service make it recommendable.
Very good beef ribs, which I cannot find where I live.
I would come back next time I'm in town.

Stopped at Dillion's for which was just OK for the French Dip, Usually it's shaved meat not chunks of meat.
But upon receiving the bill to find that they were adding the Gratuity after the Taxes & Non-Cash Fee.This means they are charging you more money to your bill. Gratuity or Tips is added to your Subtotal of food & drinks, not on taxes, etc.I question the Manger on duty about this, he stated he would discuss it with the owners.
Watch your bill or question management about how your charged.
That's the first time there & the last time.

Rolled in from Canada to watch the Cardinals game. We ended up eating here 2 nights in a row. The food was plentiful and really good. The second night I had the prime rib with the glorious mashed potatoes. Fantastic place.
