We ordered from here thinking out of convenience because we live fairly close to this establishment but we were extremely wrong. We have ordered take out and delivery and I couldn't tell you which was worse.
When ordering delivery expect an hour to an hour and a half wait longer than what the Order Tracker tells you. (You may have to end up calling them or cancelling all together.)
When ordering take out expect to sit there and wait for your order that says it's complete or wait a ridiculous amount of time for them to call you up.

Today, Saturday, June 21, at 10:00 PM, I placed my order as usual. Upon picking it up, I was told they were no longer offering crushed chili, that they weren't going to serve it anymore, that upset me. I don't care if they charge for it.

There are not enough places to sit. Also noticed employees with long hair not put up or in a hair net and none of the food prep employees were wearing gloves. Also, the stuff crust is only available in the medium size pizza.

Ordered delivery from the 51st ave and Northern location tonight. Pizza was ice cold and the crust wasn't fully cooked. This is the second time I've ordered from there and had a similar experience. I won't be ordering from them again.

Free pizza is a scam operation. Ordered 2 weeks ago supposedly got the free pizza notification but tried to use it but no luck called the store got hung up on called back hung up again. Should have figured domino’s would run kinda scam especially out of this store. Ratings are low

It’s extremely difficult for me to get anybody to actually answer the phone. I’m always waiting for somebody to actually answer the phone for about an hour to two hours. I always use the phone number that is posted online and I can’t get anybody to answer the phone to the point that I am no longer calling and I always have to place my order online and I’ve just given up. I’ve also gotten to the point where I’ve even called other dominoes to see if maybe they can either get a hold of them or possibly make my order because it’s a domino so I’m just trying to see why not they told me they can’t do anything about it considering that they’re not the location that made my order which is fully comprehendible But at the same time it is pretty annoying especially since I can never get a hold of the place that I ordered from everything else is pretty good. It’s just they can never answer their phone.

Come on Domino's you can do better then that. Was trying to place a order and your AI kept telling me I was putting in the wrong credit card #. Worst experience ever, try using a real human !!!

My wife and I went in to order 10 mins to 10pm and the guy working had an attitude and told us orders were only allowed online but the way he was responding to everything I said he would reply in an argumentative and smart allec way. My family and I order from this store often so for this guy to act the way he did struck us by surprise being that we've never experienced this kind of attitude or service at this location before.
