THEY DON'T ALLOW PAYING CUSTOMERS TO USE THEIR BATHROOMS!!?? My wife ordered two pizzas off the Domino's app at the store and then waited for them to make it inside at the "dining room", where the men's and women's bathrooms are apparently just for the employees!? She really needed to go too, but was denied the key by the staff. Worst location ever!! Do not buy from this location!!

I left my stuff in the lobby to go to qt and get a drink my card didn't go thru and the guy didn't let me know but I gave him 30 cash and he didn't make the pizzaHis excuse was I didn't pay the 3$ but I did when I got back very disappointed it was raining today too

Even though there used to be customer seating and it IS a restaurant the bathroom is for employees only. Pretty sure that’s against several health codes/city laws and ordinances. I obviously wasn’t someone looking to destroy anything - I just had 7 minutes before my pizza was ready and a bit if a ride home. :(

My order was cancelled after placing it 20 mins before closing, getting there 10 minutes before closing ? and was locked and ignored by associates. Would not recommend

I have eaten at this establishment twice, the first time I wasn’t sure about the service because they didn’t seem very friendly, not that they were unfriendly but just like they didn’t greet me or show much interest. This changed on my Second visit. An older gentleman by the Name of Chris (A Steelers Fan) helped my friend and I order our pizza. He was very polite and friendly, had a good sense of humor and seemed to be working very hard. Made our experience pleasant. I feel like this man should be acknowledged. By the way I can’t believe I’m writing this because I’m a (Raiders Fan) but kudos Chris!

So I go in for pick up and the girl working is outside smoking and I notice she didn’t wash her hands or put on gloves and continues to handle food when she came back. My pizza was not cut and looks undercooked. It’s chewy. And there was little to no garlic seasoning on the crust. I usually don’t complain but it’s just multiple red flags. So not okay.
I order from here sometimes because it's local, literally less than a 5 min drive away, otherwise I'd go somewhere else tbh. Their pizza is good from time to time, but tonight... It was dry and bland. I saw what looked like quite a few new workers, so I'm guessing that's why. I've noticed, of all the places I've lived and bought Domino's, Glendale has the most locations with workers who don't wear gloves! It's unsanitary and I've decided not to come here anymore and put in a note for other locations to wear gloves when I do order again. They look so bothered if you mention it. I've worked food service in cafeterias and that's just something they don't play about. Please make the workers wear gloves, washing their hands isn't enough! It's disturbing seeing them sprinkling on toppings and touching dough with uncovered hands, big health code violation.

Tried ordering this emergency “free” pizza because I’m really broke right now I get through the order I’m like ok 5.50 for delivery is high from a company that delivers pizza for a living but I go through it and order a pizza and a 2 liter. I am then told at the end that I have to order a minimum of 18.97 for delivery like what the hell is the problem dominos do you just hate poor people now I’m done with this pizza place they have gotten so stupid

Dominos was my favorite pizza place. But this location made me start going to Fry's and getting warm up pizzas instead... It's not that hard to run a pizza shop. It's literally just pizza and a couple of other items... Last couple times I ordered from this location it took at least 2 hours for my 2 medium pizzas to arrive. And I literally live less than a quarter mile away lol.

I definitely won't order here from here again twice I had both delivered drivers make a face or make a comment about why I didn't tip excuse me sir I only live a block away from you and my delivery charge was $4.99... one of them tried to lecture me before I cut them off and told them I also get paid minimum wage but I don't believe if the customer doesn't want to tip you they don't have to that's the company's job to pay you what they need to he quickly shut up
