Domino's Pizza

I ordered online 1 Lg Supreme and 1 Lg thin Meat Lovers. I made sure to check the order before submitting to make sure it was correct and it was. I got 2 Lg Cheese pizzas. Called and asked to return these pizzas to get my correct pizzas and was told I have to buy two more. What the Hell. It is an easy fix to make me happy, take back the two I didnt want and give me the two I did want. Nope. MOD said she would not fix the mix up. I did not want cheese only pizzas. Very poor service.

This is by far the best Domino’s location I’ve been to! The staff was friendly, my order was ready quickly, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. Great service and quality—I’ll definitely be ordering from here more often!

This is our go-to for pizza. Same and great each time. Service is solid also.

I've been ordering from Domino's for decades. I inspected my pizza at the counter and noticed "hey that looks a little light on meat." Immediately the manager comes over and says "the more toppings you order the less amount of each you'll receive." Is this new? "No the last manager was just over serving you". Apparently anything more than 2 oz is overserving. I can spend 20 bucks at dominoes and get shorted on toppings, or I can spend 25 bucks at Barro's and get a pound of meat. The choice is clear.

This was the domino's I normally order from, but after almost being hit in the parking lot by one of the drivers and then him cussing me out, I won't be back. Went into the store to tell some they seemed to not care, and one employee laughed. There was also another person in the store complaining about the same delivery driver. From the previous reviews, though, the bad attitude from the employees seems to be common.

General manager and staff are clueless. I had to call them to find out where my order was after waiting the estimated time which then I find out the pizzas (2) are just sitting there because they don't have enough drivers. The general manager came on and offered to cancel order (not offer any other compensation) when a family of 4 have been waiting with no call and now no dinner but to wait another hour. Not cool Dominos and it doesn't seem like it's the service you advertise. The general manager canceled the order, didn't offer any coupons or next order free or to refund and remake pizzas and get them to our family hot. He offered to remake but no compensation, its unprofessional and lack of customer service. I have been in the food industry for years and the general manager failed and only provided excuses. I proceeded to ask for a contact number to speak to someone higher up but the manager said it would only just come right back to them at the store. I see why now this location have below 4 stars. Not cool General Manager, DO BETTER especially to your companies loyal customers.

UPDATE:
Ordered 2 pizzas, both dry, both had meat missing. One was vegan because no meat was added at all. Manager was nice and stated they would be replaced. Not sure if I will come back. If I do I know to check my order carefully. I was very clear in my order, wondering was it on purpose at this point.

Food was on point as usual. My second time around and sure a third is expected. Only the best for my family!!!! Keep up the good work Marshal, Anna, Addison, Raven and Matt!

I have made many orders over the years but now they are getting lazy and are getting my order wrong. I ordered DIET COKE and they gave me REGULAR COKE. I can’t drink regular coke due to the sugar intake. They try to compensate me with a free pizza but I don’t want pizza, I want a CORRECT order. This is the second time this has happened. Next time it happens I will personally come down and request an exchange for a Diet Coke.
